All Emerald Skye units offer one car parking, direct gulf view, private balcony, outdoor seasonally heated pool, bar-b-que grills, & beautiful white sand. If watching from the balcony dolphins can be seen feeding daily. The lighted pier next door provides a spectacular view of the ocean waves all night. This unit features: new flat screen TV, queen sleeper sofa, comfortable recliner, king bed, bunk beds, stack laundry & ceramic tile floors throughout. Bunk area can be closed off from living room and bedroom for privacy. The elevator & luggage carts are conveniently located & the front door has keyless entry lock so you never have to use a key!

Great central Orange Beach location near restaurants, fishing, parks, shopping, marinas and the world famous Flora-Bama. To the east it's a 30 minute drive to Pensacola, Florida where you may visit the Naval Air Station (home of the Blue Angels) and the Naval Flight Museum. To the west it's a 1 hour drive to Mobile Bay where the USS Alabama is docked. A short drive west from Mobile are the Biloxi Casinos. Was excellent place. Very clean, great location. Only issue we had was give the room a good once over, shower was very slippery. Did not find the bath mat until day 2 under the sink. There was no broom to sweep sand that is tracked in. Would definitely book this again.

Wondeful Condo & View! The property was super clean and had a great beach vibe. Overall great place!

Our stay was amazing. The hosts communicated with us so well! It was close to lots of yummy beach restaraunts but super quiet and comfortable at night. We felt safe and had an amazing girls weekend! I highly recommend this condo!

PROS: the view is great, the unit is clean, the kitchen was well stocked with appliances. Check in/out process was great. Seating in living room was comfortable. CONS: balcony was not utilized as much as we would like because of neighbors smoking. One roll of toilet paper on the roll with no backup was not enough with 3 adults over 3 days. As well as no coffee filters for a coffee pot that was supplied. Enjoyed our stay overall.

Im happy you enjoyed your stay. We do not supply paper towels, toilet paper, trash bags, for your stay. We leave one of each to get you started then you have to supply your own after those are used. Coffee filters are not supplied either. Jason

Great stay!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! The beach was quiet and peaceful and the condo was exactly what was stated. It wasn’t fancy but it suited our group perfectly. We had everything we needed and the location was great! We will definitely stay here again!

This is an older complex in need of a few coats of paint but for the price for ocean front you can't beat it! The private beach was not crowded at all which was a huge plus as well. Parking was easy. The room was exactly as advertised and was very quiet during our stay to be as busy as it was. My only (very small) issues were; we could not use the pull out sofa because it was full of sand, which was fine, it was easier for us to just adjust sleeping arrangements rather than try to clean it up. The A/C unit in the bedroom made loud noises periodically BUT it worked great and kept the unit very cool so that was a small price to pay in my opinion. We could not utilize the balcony as much as we'd liked because of smokers in neighboring units, this is no fault of the owners as it's clearly stated that smoking is allowed, it was just a bit of a disappointment. My only suggestion would be maybe some salt and pepper in the kitchen? That was the only thing I did not pack that I needed. Otherwise it was well appointed. I only had to contact the owners once but their reply was almost instant. I would 100% stay again without a second thought! Thank you!!!
