The cabin was immaculate, well stocked, and tastefully decorated. The linens were top notch and the dishes were nice and in good shape. There was plenty of dish soap, paper towels, toilet paper, etc. There were also many board games, card games and DVDs available, although we didn't even use the TV. It was easy to book and check in. The other side of the duplex was occupied by two very nice fishermen and we didn't hear them at all. I didn't realize how often the trains would go by.
Neat little duplex cabin, good location. Has a firepit and a slight river view from the yard.

Motorcycle trip Riding the Hills
Cabin was a Great experience ... AGAIN ... 2nd time here and not disappointed !!!Like to spend a couple days riding along the Great River Road and hills and this is a great place to base it from.Yes there were a few trains but I honestly hardly noticed them, a very low rumble and NEVER Heard a Train Whistle.I will try to stay here again on my next ride in the area.Very Clean and Very Comfortable, THANK YOU
We loved staying here, the decor was cozy and fun and we had everything we needed. The trains went by more often than I originally expected but it wasn’t anything too annoying. We had a nice weekend as a family and would definitely stay here again in the future
The cabin was easy to find and incredibly clean. Household amenities provided and fantastic decor. Conveniently located for our needs. Spacious living spaces with comfortable beds and furniture. Would definitely stay again if on the area.

The cabin is very nice, easy to access and in a beautiful place. It's pretty noisy off a highway and next to train tracks so we didn't get a ton of sleep
Getting to this cabin is very easy, since it is just off of I 35! The quality of workmanship inside and the attention to details make this a great choice for a get away. The trains were distracting, but overall, it was a nice week!
Loved this cute Vrbo. Had a great time in the area. Recommend fancy pants wine. Just wish I would have brought ear plugs for the train that is super close by

Nice clean cabin on main hiway
The cabin was very clean and easily accessible. As advertised it is close to a train track that has multiple trains passing daily. However, we did not find this to be a huge distraction. Also, there is considerable traffic on the hiway during the day but again was not a huge distraction. We would stay here again as we lover the location.

Absolutely beautiful.
We could not have been more surprised at how nice this cabin is. Was skeptical at first when booking online, but was very pleased upon arrival. Very clean and well furnished. I can see us coming back each fall!

Thanks very much Amy. We look forward to seeing you again next year!!
Very clean & easy to find. The host (Janet) made sure to communicate clearly about a road closure. Just a very quiet, relaxing spot with lots of hiking & outdoor fun, right on the mississippi.

Yes, there are train rumbles and the highway is noisy, but the cabin was wonderful, clean, and we enjoyed the bonfire in the yard. With the air on, we didn't hear anything inside. Good location with restaurants down the road either way.
We stayed again at the cabins. We were a bit surprised at the fee now associated with the third party business. Nevertheless, we enjoyed the stay but it might be out of our price range in the future. The location is prime and as always the trains are an adjustment as they were more frequent this time. Overall the places beautiful, location prime, and the owners are extremely accommodating.

The train kept rolling all night long
Great cabin, super clean. But getting any type of good nights sleep is non existent. The train goes by all night and day. All you hear and feel are the trains thundering by all night and day. It shakes the whole cabin!!! Seems like that should be mentioned in the listing. Others have voiced their concerns about the trains as well in the visitors log.
If it wasn't for the trains it would have been fine.

Next to railroad tracks and a train that goes non stop
The property was just as described nice and clean but what a horrible location. We were woken up multiple times at night due to a loud train and it’s bright light. Also turns out there is one bonfire area so if the unit next to you gets there first you don’t get to enjoy it at all, which is quite disappointing because there is plenty of room for this property to have another bonfire area.
