Great Vacation

We had a wonderful experience during our 6-night stay! While the house shows some signs of wear, it was still a pleasant place to stay. The host was incredibly responsive to our needs, which made our visit even more enjoyable. The location is fantastic—just a block from the beach and within walking distance of several dining options. Be sure to check out Bistro Cafe!Our group of 5 adults found the sleeping arrangements to be perfect. On the first floor, the main house has two rooms with queen-size beds (one with two queen beds) that share a bathroom in the hallway. Additionally, there’s a spacious room with a king bed and an en-suite bathroom. The open concept kitchen, living room, and dining area didn’t have A/C, but the two large ceiling fans kept us comfortable. We especially enjoyed the cozy TV room in the back, which was air-conditioned and offered comfortable seating.There’s also a lovely second-floor apartment above the pool that features A/C throughout, a living room with cable TV, and two bedrooms with queen beds that share a bathroom.Overall, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend this property for anyone looking for a great beach getaway!

Fun Facility

Everything is secure and gated. Inside the place is beautiful. Some of the stuff was not working (washing machine and missing remotes) but I’m not taking stars off because there were secondary washing machines to use and a universal remote. The rooms all had AC units and it was pretty clean. We would recommend this place again! You can get to restaurants and beaches pretty fast. I would recommend a vehicle for travel. And the host was fantastic to interact with. She was a lovely lady that gave us our garage door openers and recommended places to visit locally.

Great Space No Matter the Weather

Convenient location with space for 12

Secure property with oven, toaster oven, refrigerator/freezer, washer and dryer. Conveniently located less than 15 minutes to the airport, and about 15-20 from Old San Juan if the roads are busy. Walking distance from quite a few amazingly delicious restaurants and one block from a gas station. Great communication with the host, and highly recommend the recommended chef! She was great and the food was so amazing, giving a true piece of Puerto Rican cuisine.

Group of 10 friends enjoyed this house for an extended weekend. Great for a group and everybody gets their own bedroom. Pool was nice and adequate for hanging out in.

Great stay at Villa Roja!

Great stay at Villa Roja with friends. House had everything we needed and within walking distance from some beautiful beaches. The indoor/outdoor patio area and pool make a great location to end the night with drinks and conversation by the pool under the bistro lights. Would definitely stay here again!

The house and pool were amazing. The hosts got right back to us all the time. The nearby beach was beautiful. The rooster was the only issue for sleeping but we realize that is not the hosts fault.

So much room! The ambience with the open design to the pool and outside area feels very laid back and tropical. We walked to a couple of very good restaurants and the owner was friendly and welcoming.

Perfect weekend stay!

We had a great weekend at Villa Roja! The house was perfect for our group of 10. Location was super central for short drives to other parts of the city. Our only issue with the house was that there’s a few roosters that start crowing at 3am until the morning right outside the house, which made it difficult to sleep through the night. Otherwise we had a great stay and wonderful time!

An Amazing Get A Way

We had a group of 11 of us and we had plenty of room, the layout is awesome, we're a 5 minute walk from a beautiful, safe beach and the owner and manager were very attentive and helpful. Highly recommend!!

PR is my new favorite place to visit

I love the beauty of Puerto Rico! The people are Amazing! Very comfortable and beautiful here. The VRBO is nice and clean and fun! The only thing that was an issue is the crowing rooster!

Good location

We have a huge party of 10. The house is very clean. Plentiful of towels and a fully stocked kitchen for all your cooking needs. The AC was very strong in every room. We have 2 huge SUVS and they fit well inside the gate. The host was kind to greet us upon check-in to give us the lay of the house. The pool was nice and stayed cold. Would recommend anyone to stay here with a big group as there is alot of space for everyone.

The Best Kept Secret

I recently had the pleasure of staying at a stunning vacation home in San Juan Puerto Rico, and I cannot recommend it highly enough! This spacious 5-bedroom home, complete with a beautiful pool and a cozy TV room, provided the perfect getaway for our group. The proximity to both the beach, restaurants and the airport made our trip incredibly convenient and stress-free. The house itself is a gem. Each bedroom is generously sized, ensuring that everyone in our group had their own comfortable space to relax. The living areas are tastefully decorated and equipped with all the modern amenities you need. We spent most evenings by the pool, unwinding after a day of exploring the island. The outdoor area is a true highlight. The pool is pristine and perfect for cooling off in the tropical heat. We loved lounging by the poolside, soaking up the sun and enjoying the tranquil surroundings. The beach is just a short walk away, allowing us to easily switch between poolside relaxation and beachside fun. What truly made our stay exceptional were our hosts. From the moment we arrived, they were incredibly accommodating, kind, and welcoming. Looks good from the outside but small issues that make a big difference

I rented this property for my daughter 16th birthday vacation with close family and friends. The host was at the location when I arrived and gave me a tour of the property and at first glance everything looked good until we walked to the pool area and immediately she noticed a beam hanging and stated she will send someone to fix it (never happened). After going food shopping and putting away all of the food, I noticed the water in the refrigerator isn’t cold. I thought I put too many can soda and water bottles so I removed some but the next day the items were not as cold as I am accustomed to, that night I noticed water leaking from the freezer side and reported it once it happened twice but no one came to fix it and I had to toss out food. One of my guest was brushing his teeth and leaned his elbow on the sink and it fell, my dad who works in construction stated the sink had fallen before and the patch job was bad so my dad walked around to check the other sinks and noticed the one next to it was loose also and another one was clogged. Lastly, one of my guest almost fell on the porch located in the front of the house, one of the wood flooring panels was rusted and a hole was created. Other than all of these issues the place was good place to stay. Pool was great, family room was great for the teenagers ( need updated TV’s. Hard to login into your own accounts), close to the beach and supermarket.

Perfect family getaway

This was our first extended family vacation and this unique home accommodated us perfectly! We all had our own air conditioned rooms and plenty of bathrooms to choose from. Plus two sets of laundry units. The location can’t be beat. 5 minute walk to the beach and plenty of shops and restaurants nearby. The home also provides beach towels, beach chairs, umbrella and coolers which we found very helpful! This home also has a generator and water system so that if the power goes out (which it did twice) you barely notice. So grateful for that!! The host was very sweet and welcoming and communication was seamless. Overall a wonderful experience!!
