We had a great stay overall. The host was incredibly accommodating and went out of his way to meet all of our needs and expectations. If I were just rating the interaction with the host I would definitely give him a 5 star review. When we first arrived, I was a little unsure because of the neighborhood and the drive up to the house, but once inside, I was pleasantly surprised—everything looked exactly like the photos. The home has clearly been remodeled and is beautifully done. The only reason I’m giving four stars instead of five is because the central heating and air doesn’t heat the downstairs area well. It was too cold to sleep downstairs, so we all ended up sleeping upstairs. Other than that, everything was wonderful. I mentioned this to the host and I have no doubt that it will be addressed before the next rental.We had a couple of minor issues come up during our stay, but the host responded quickly and took care of them right away. I visit Atlanta often because I have aging siblings in the area, and I will definitely stay at this property again in the future.

The house was in a nice quiet neighborhood, well lit and not far from downtown. Walmart within 6 miles. Fenced in backyard for the dogs. If we come back to Atlanta, we would book with this host again.
