Amazing Desert Escape With Pool + Stunning Views

You'll love this home! Everything from the indoor fireplace, shuffleboard, ping pong table, Xbox ect inside.... To the beautiful outdoor living with the pool, fire pit and corn hole.

Just moments away from the 51 freeway, amazing dining, Biltmore golf course and hiking trails.

Come stay a while. You'll be glad that you did!

This is a gorgeous newly renovated 3 bed 2 bath home. The home boasts 2 king size premium beds, 2 twin over twin premium bunk beds, 2 fold our couches and a queen size air mattress.

There is a beautiful pool in the backyard with a gorgeous view of the Piestewa Peak!! the Pool is NOT heated.

You'll have access to home using a smart lock on the front door. You'll simply needed to download the app August Home on your phone. We will then send you an invite so that you have access to the lock and lock the front door durning your stay.

Overall please just tidy the home. If we have a stay checking in the same day and the home isn't tidied up it makes it very difficult for my cleaning lady to get the home ready for the next guest.

We enjoyed our stay for the most part. The house was clean and in a quiet neighborhood with easy access to the 51.The couches and chairs need to be updated because the cushions are warped. The video games were great and my family thoroughly enjoyed playing them. The host responded quickly to my concerns of banging in the pipes in the middle of the night, however it continued each night while we were there.

Property listed was as described, clean open environment, comfortable beds plenty of space. Unfortunately it rained during our stay so we weren’t able to utilize the pool but overall good experience.

This home is in a great location! Right off the freeway in a very quiet neighborhood. It’s an older home with nice updates. We enjoyed the Xbox and other games they had. Our only complaint is it wasn’t that clean. But I would give them another chance.

We’ve stayed at so many VRBOs across the country and this property was, hands-down, one of the best! - Beautiful home (kid-friendly with so many games and activities)- Clean pool with wonderful views of the mountain- Close to the freeway and great location - Felt safe and comfortable in the neighborhood - Most importantly, fantastic communication with the owner. They were quick with communication and understanding of last minute accommodations. Just book, so you can focus on planning the rest of your vacation with a little less stress. :)

This house is so fun with a mid-century modern look and everything you could need for a family. I love that there are games all around and the pool for kids. The bedrooms are comfortable. Good water pressure in the showers (that's a big plus for me!). The neighborhood is quiet and in a lovely area - close to everything you could need. The host is wonderful and communicating and even allowed us in early on the day we arrived, which was SO helpful.There are just a few notes I would say could be helpful:1. The floors are a tad dirty - probably from pool life, which I totally get. Wear socks/flip flops or wash your feet at night...or just roll with it. I think it's just a perma-dirty issue because it's not visibly dirty or anything. The patio is similar - probably just due for a pressure wash is all.2. The kitchen could use some more supplies. We didn't find a large bowl for salad. We made it work because that's what we do - no need to complain. But, a heads up for future vacationers. 3. The pool is not heated, which I didn't look up beforehand. We weren't around a lot to use it so only my son got in for a very short bit. I'm sure it's great when the temps go up like crazy but we are from Seattle, so that cold water is a bit of a shocker! LOL4. For the host: I would add a shelving unit somehow in the master bathroom because there isn't a lot of counter space. Nice to have somewhere to put all the girlie things :)

Electronic key entry from day 1 had issues. Ended up locked out at 1am waiting for 1.5 hours for no reply from owner and charged 550 for a locksmith to tend to faulty locks! Family was exhausted and emotional for early morning flights home. Ruined vacation time.At check in found a list of sorry items while locked out on the porch! none working sink, towels left in laundry...

I’m sorry you felt this way about your stay. For clarity, I responded quickly to all of your messages except the one that came in during the middle of the night when you were locked out, as I was sleeping. The towels you mentioned were clean in the laundry room, as I mentioned to you. The only reason they weren't put away is because my cleaning lady didn't have time. Every single towel was used by the guests that checked out the day you checked in. I also offered to send a handyman to check the sink but never heard back. So I would assume it wasn't that big of a deal. Also, I’m unsure how you reviewed the “sorry items” list inside the home while you were locked out. The app shows you accessed the home at 6:13, 3 mins after messaging me saying you can't enter... I do appreciate the feedback and have back up entry options but when I contacted you to make sure you got in at 6:13 I didn't hear back from you until 7:58. If you would've gotten right back to me I could've easily given you a lockbox code to get a physical key. Regardless, I appreciate your feedback and apologize for any inconvenience.
