Check-in process was easy and smooth.Communication was excellent. The home was extremely clean and was well stocked in the kitchen.The location was very convenient to Bethany Beach, approximately 2 1/2 miles.Walking distance to a local brewery, which was very convenient.Would highly recommend and would stay again.

Beautifully kept home. Every amenity you need. Exceptional communication with the host and super friendly. Close to restaurants and a short drive to the beach. Absolutely recommend this property and will hopefully be back again!

This property was very clean and well maintained. We especially loved the enclosed porch as did our pets. Quiet community, friendly neighbors. The host provided all necessities. The beds were very comfortable. Great communication with our host, Stephen. Highly recommend!

This property was so kid and pet friendly. It was well thought out with high quality towels, beach chairs, and everything needed in the kitchen. The owner responded quickly to our texts and even checked in on us when we experienced heavy rain.We thoroughly enjoyed our week.

Bethany beach vacation

Family of 6 and dog had a great time at this Bethany beach vacation home. Lovely neighborhood, big pool and close to the beach and restaurants. This house is updated and fit out family just right. The most used room of the house was definitely the enclosed porch! Stephen was easy to work with and answered all of our questions. Don't hesitate to rent this place!

I am very torn writing this review. Because if I am honest, we could lose our week next year. But here goes. WE. LOVED. EVERYTHING. Simply put, there is no better place to stay in Bethany, I have to hope that nobody reading this decides to rent during the window my family and I want next year. We felt very much at home right away. Stephen wis an excellent host with immediate communication. PROS and CONSPROS - home is immaculate. Beds were very comfortable. The location is perfect. Tech was very easy to get started with tv's and internet and I was easily able to work from the house. Everything you need for a comfortable beach trip, including the beach cart!!! Also worth noting, all cleaning supplies were available. We like to do a clean as soon as e get in just for peace of mind and everything we needed was on site and easy to use. CONS - im REALLY stretching here. But if there is a con it would be that there is no outside shower for cleaning off from the beach. There are at least 2 hoses to use. But I do love an outdoor shower in the summer. But that is a personal thing. All in all, we can't wait to return!

Our family enjoyed staying here.This house is in a quiet neighborhood, just minutes down the road from Bethany Beach. Great location! We loved that it was pet-friendly so we could bring our dog Rigby! The home was clean, and my children loved that the pool was just a short walk down at the end of the road to the right. Easy check in and check out.
