About this property

On the Water *Tri-Level Oceanfront Townhome*

On the Water is an ocean front town home in the gated community of Sand Dollar Beach! SCC#171045. Our beautiful town home is the perfect place for a family vacation.

Walk into the first level with a loft bedroom with 1 Queen Bed and 1 Twin Bed and full bathroom with shower.

Go down to your middle level to the living room with TV with cable, dining area seating 6 plus bar stools for additional seating. At the middle level you have a balcony deck with patio furniture and gas BBQ with direct feed so no worry about running out of propane.

Bottom, third level, you come to the Main bedroom with King Bed and third bedroom with 1 Queen and 1 Twin. Both bedrooms have slider doors opening to a smaller balcony deck with stairs directly to the sand. Hall has laundry room with full washer/dryer and bathroom with tub/shower combo.

You are just a short drive to numerous attractions, i.e. Famous Beach Boardwalk, Santa Cruz Wharf, Capitola Village for some shopping & dining, Gizdich Ranch for Berry picking in Watsonville, Moss Landing for some kayaking or whale watching, or Monterey Bay Aquarium and Fisherman’s Wharf. Santa Cruz County has great restaurants with a beach feel, from Stagnaro's on the Wharf, Café Sparrow and Café Cruz.

- This unit has shared walls with neighbors on either side so noise is possible.

-There is a ring camera at the front door.
- The first room is a loft style room that is open to the living area. It does have a barn style door for privacy
- Please be respectful of neighbors and local quiet hours
- This house is in a gated neighborhood and has security patrol

Private place right on the beach!
We stayed for a week and the pictures are accurate. You are right on the beach and there is a private stairway (via a downstairs bedroom) to the beach! Check in was easy (at the place) and communication with the property management company was easy/responsive. FYI the upstairs bedroom is not enclosed and supplies (no salt, no nonstick pan) are lacking. Closest town with decent supplies is Capitola (20-40 minutes depending on traffic). Overall our vacation was awesome and we would stay again!

Gorgeous beach vacation experience!
What a little gem! I was unfamiliar of the La Selva Beach area, but I was pleasantly surprised! This townhome was PERFECT! So cozy and comfortable and convenient! The view was STUNNING and the rooms were comfortable. Thank you for a wonderful stay! I would love to return with my family.

My only complaint....
My only complaint is that upon arrival the windows were very dirty. I cleaned them all myself because it really hindered the amazing view this house has to offer. I understand the cleaning staff not cleaning the high windows, but all of the lower level windows and sliding glass doors should be cleaning each time.
