Please bring all recycles down to the recycle bins. Place recycles in the bin loosely. Throw trash in the trash bin.

Please leave the 4 beach badges on the kitchen table. if any are missing, it is $100 charge.

Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

Smoking inside the home will incur a $1000 fine. Lost beach badges will be charged at $100 each. Rooftop access is not allowed it’s off-limits

Tenants agree to abide by the Borough's local laws and ordinances regarding noise/disturbing the peace, trash, recycling and underage drinking.

Tenants agree to maintain the rental in good order and to surrender it in the same condition as received and as reasonable wear and tear permit.

Great location and very clean. It’s away from the boardwalk and games but close enough to walk to, so it was very quiet and peaceful at night, Beds were super comfy and couch was great for a family!! Some issues with incorrect check in instructions, and listing details (it has been updated since we notified the owner of the error). Pictures are accurate, but things to note:1) Bedrooms and bathrooms are very small - there is not much extra space aside from being able to walk around the bed2) The layout is living area on the 2nd floor and bedrooms on the first floor and the steps are very steep - so if traveling with little kids I would recommend bringing a gate3) Towels are provided but bring your own soap /lotion/ shampooOverall would recommend!! Neighbors were really nice as well.

Clean and nice rooms. Comfortable beds. The living area is great and where we spent most of our time. We noticed some sand in the tufted couches (there before we even hit the beach) but not the biggest deal. We did have to go buy toilet paper and paper towels because there was one roll in the upstairs bathroom. And there were only 2 towels between the 3 of us so we had to share. Water pressure was great. Everything else was great. Not far from any of the beaches and lots of playgrounds in the area. Right around the corner from an Acme. Everything we needed for cooking was already stocked in the kitchen. Parking, as is anywhere was up in the air. But plenty around the corner. Would go again! The pros definitely outweighed the VERY few cons.

The property manager was wonderful! He was very accommodating. If I ever need a place in NJ/on the shore, I will choose one of his properties. The house was beautiful and newly updated. It was such a short walk from the beach — super convenient!

After a little hiccup with the check in process, everything was wonderful! House was exactly as described, clean and ready to go when we walked in. Only three blocks from the beach and very close to the boardwalk. This made it so we didn't have to move the car. Yay! Close to so many restaurants as well. Great stay with a great location!
