Fantastic Location. Great house for a group. Everyone had their own space, yet enough room to gather. The kitchen in this house is amazing. I love a big island and this house has it. Definitely would stay here again.
Very spacious and clean house with amazing kitchen. The views from the porch and bedrooms are outstanding- you wake up to a gorgeous sighting of the slopes and peaks slightly touched by a golden sunrise.Make sure to bring a telescope or binoculars- the night sky is stunning!
Loved the location, so close to town and the BreckConnect Gondola. Plenty of space for our 10 people. We enjoyed the spacious kitchen, the hot tub, the pool table, and the gorgeous view!
Spacious home that is very comfortable for a large group. Plenty of beds and bathrooms. Nicely decorated with amenities complete for your stay. We enjoyed the close proximity to Breck and the fireplaces. Deck view is stunning.

We’re happy to hear that your group found the home spacious, comfortable, and well-equipped. The views from the deck truly are spectacular and we appreciate your great review. We’d love to welcome you back for your next visit to Breck!
My family of 8 adults and 3 toddlers recently stayed at this property. We generally appreciated the convenient location, straightforward check-in process, responsive host, and comfortable home. The home generally had the space we needed for our trip and we appreciated the baby items / toys— esp the fun train set, pack and plays and high chair. That said, there were several maintenance and safety issues we think future guests and the host should be aware of. The toaster malfunctioned and shocked a family member, which was concerning. Many of the plates were chipped enough that a few of us ended up with small cuts while using and cleaning them. The pots and pans were extremely scratched, to the point that we chose to buy a pan for our stay rather than use what was provided. The host reimbursed us for the pan purchase, which was nice.We also ran into a couple functional issues: door handles on a bedroom and bathroom broke during our stay and people got stuck inside, and the downstairs bathroom sink and tub drained very slowly. Cleanliness in the basement sleeping area could use attention as well — the mattress had large visible yellow stains and no mattress covers, and several pillows were stained. The mattresses in all the rooms were not comfortable, slumping into the middle. None of this ruined our trip, but addressing these items would significantly improve safety and comfort for future guests.

Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback about your stay. We’re glad to hear that you enjoyed your stay overall and that the baby items came in handy during your stay.
We’re truly sorry for the maintenance and safety concerns you experienced. Regarding the toaster, we appreciate you speaking with us about it. Our team plans to replace the toaster to prevent any further problems.
Thank you as well for pointing out the chipped plates and worn cookware. Those items are being replaced, and we’re glad we could reimburse you for the pan you purchased. With that said, we understand this was not ideal during your stay and sincerely apologize for any inconvenience it may have caused.
Our maintenance team is addressing the door handle issues and the slow draining sink and tub to ensure those are resolved promptly. We also apologize for the condition of the mattress and bedding in the basement sleeping area. Mattress protectors are being added, bedding is being refreshed, and we’re in discussions with the homeowners about possibly replacing the mattress.
We genuinely appreciate you bringing these items to our attention. Feedback like yours helps us improve, and while we’re glad it didn’t ruin your trip, we agree these are important details to address. Thank you again for staying with us and for helping us make the home better for future guests.
