Villa crap

Place was not well maintained, owner had sticky rules everywhere & the plethora of additional fees hidden until after booking was absurd, let alone all of the requirements that be done before leaving, way cheaper ti vacay at home. Will never book w SWrealty again… bate & switch booking & didn’t appreciate being profiled less than 24 hrs after arriving.. owner, property mgr, swr & vrbo need to get on same page for cost, advertisement, & quality/care of the home!!! Would never recommend this home to anyone!

Everything was as stated except they say a heated pool

We enjoyed our stay in North Fort Myers. House was clean dishes were not. Every pile of dishes had some in them that were dirty. Glass casserole dishes had what seemed to be butter on them. Silverware was not all clean. Some Pillows and some mattresses are past Thier lifespan. Pool and hot tub are heated by a heat pump. Swfl people told us upon arrival check-in the heat pump would not heat pool at that time of year. They were right. Hot tub was set to stop heating at 85 degrees. I prefer a hot tub to be hotter than 85 degrees. House is in a nice neighborhood and you could walk to a grocery store.

Thanks for taking the time to share your experience at Villa Milano. We take feedback very seriously. We are sorry to hear that some of the dishes and silverware were not clean. While our cleaners make sure that the dishes are cleaned when they perform their departure cleaning, if guests have placed dishes away before they left the cleaners may not see them. The pool heater does function during the winter; however, while you were here we went through a drastic cold snap. Pool heaters will work unless the outside temperature drops under a certain degree. Unfortunately, there is nothing that can be done for that. We will certainly follow up with the owner and property manager about the pillows and mattresses so they are aware. We are glad to hear that you enjoyed your time!

Place was very spacious and clean. Everything you need is there including condiments lol. Had an issue getting pool up to temp but that was resolved quickly. Convenient to most places. Very relaxing.

Best stocked kitchen of all our past rentals. Extremely quiet neighborhood. Beautiful back yard/Pool/Spa. We were there over the 2021 Christmas break - the one item I missed was an outdoor TV to watch football. If you can deal without that, this place is highly recommended.

Everything you need

The check-in process was simple. Gaining access to the home was easy. The home is located in a great area, close to grocery stores and shopping centers. The home itself is beautiful and what I appreciated most was that things like toilet paper, dishwasher tabs, and garbage bags were stocked and that I didn’t have to buy them (I’ve had previous rentals where I had no choice). The bedrooms are very nice. The master bathroom is absolutely gorgeous. I loved the kitchen and the sliding window leading to outside. The kitchen had everything I needed and then some. The patio was wonderful and we enjoyed the pool a great deal. We would definitely return.

BEST HOME AWAY FROM HOME!!!!!

This home had everything ready to begin your vacation. The layout of the house was excellent and gave privacy to all. we especially loved the lanai, ate all of our meals outside and enjoyed the privacy it afforded. The pool added a certain tranquility to the atmosphere and the spa was used daily for recovery from knee surgery. Kitchen supplies were excellent and the home was decorated in such a warm friendly manner. The openness of the doors and kitchen window in the back was so light friendly and having guests for a meal was actually fun preparing for them. Enough table space in this home for either outside or inside entertaining. What a find!!!!!! Best home we ever rented in Florida!!!

This home was truly beautiful - so well laid out, with the bedrooms on the perimiter of the house, and the public areas in the centre - great for "early risers" and "late-to-beders" without disturbing other people. The home was beautifully furnished and comfortable - the pool was great and very private. Would highly recommend !!!!

Delightful home from home

Directions to the villa were clear and the property was clean and welcoming on our arrival. Everything we might need was provided and the villa was attractively furnished. The pool area had several seating options and we were able to eat outside most days. The cover for the pool had to be removed and replaced every day to contain the heat, but that was no problem. The location was perfect with a short drive to a supermarket and easy access to Cape Coral and Fort Myers where there was always something of interest going on. We particularly enjoyed the 15 minute walk to Paradise Marina with its beautiful lake and wildlife. We enjoyed our month's vacation there so much, we are going back next year.
