Sunset Cove at Bois D'arc Lake is a marvelous 5-bedroom estate with a massive bunkroom (2 twin beds, 1 full bed, king size bunk) for the kids along with an additional 3 queen beds, and a king bed in the owner's suite...there's plenty of space for multiple families. The estate has its own pickleball court and exercise room along with an additional workout room, expansive infinity edge pool, 9-hole miniature golf course, and outdoor entertaining area at the shared clubhouse. The large outdoor entertaining area overlooking the lake offers the opportunity to relax and bask in the sunshine or enjoy water activities. Each bedroom comes with a full bathroom for convenience and privacy. There are two game rooms one comes equipped with a pool table and the other with an Xbox overlooking the lake on the second-floor balcony.
