Bring your kids. But keep them quiet. The neighbors watch your every move and and one lady started recording my grandchildren day one while they played on the swing set and the property owner tried kicking me out day 2. Thank God VRBO had my back. It was my first VRBO rental and it was terrible because of the property owner from Hell. VRBO handled things for me and I do believe I will use them again. But I never want to see this property in Copake again. I stayed the duration. But I was on pins and needles and constantly felt I was being monitored. Like a trapped prisoner. But keep in mind, this was my experience. Other reviews suggest people enjoyed the property.
