Your host
I am from the Southern Illinois area and have spent time on the east coast and lived in the Cayman Islands for a few years as well. Nothing like the Caribbean waters! I now live in the area and work virtually so I travel often.
Why they chose this property
Friendly neighbors and a quiet street. It residence is a very short walk to the university and an easy bike ride to grocery stores.
What makes this property unique
I purchased and completely renovated in 2018. As I kept as much of the original plaster work as possible I modernized for easy flow and a spacious feel in just less than 1200 square feet. The beds are quite comfortable and appliances are efficient and modern. The soaker tub is pretty fabulous!
