Once in Tamarindo you can rely on the informal taxi service or rent an ATV to move around and discover some amazing beaches 30 minutes away from us.

There is a fully equipped state-of-the-art kitchen with beautiful granite counter tops that adjoins the living area. Efficiently compact and practical, the kitchen includes a flattop electric stove, oven, large double-door refrigerator with an ice dispenser, a wine cooler, a dishwasher, and all the necessary items to create and enjoy your favorite meals. A small and comfortable washroom is located between the kitchen and the main door. Arched doorways with classic columns lead from the main living area to three bedrooms. Each room is beautifully decorated, is flooded with natural light, has spacious closets, and its own private full bath. All have king-sized beds. The living area and adjoining dining area features comfortable furniture, a 60 inch HDTV, a home theater system with BluRay player and Netflix, upgraded high speed internet with WiFi, and a printer. The condo has in-suite washer and dryer, and an adjoining bodega for storage of surfboards. The condos at the Diria adjoin the Diria Hotel complex, ideally situated in the center of Tamarindo across the street from the beach, within walking distance to the many fine restaurants that Tamarindo has to offer. The property is very secure, with gated access and 24/7 security guard presence.
