Enjoy mountain views from a walk through the neighborhood and a lush backyard. Take an early morning stroll and enjoy the trails and views of Mount Sanitas. Hike the valley while the city sleeps, then head back for a morning coffee.
Furnishings are different from the photos. There is a double bed in the bedroom and an IKEA pull-out sofa in the Living Room.

We're the hosts and live in the upstairs property. We have 2 elementary age kids and enjoy sharing all our favorite things about Boulder! We enjoy good food, all the outdoor activities, and the art scene.
Why they chose this property
This is arguably one of the best neighborhoods in Boulder! Nice and quiet, very family friendly, yet still walking distance from anything you might need, be it solitude on the trails, socializing at North Boulder Park, or grocery, healthcare, restaurants and coffee shops.
What makes this property unique
The space is very well insulated and nice and quiet from the hustle and bustle (except for when our kids are being rambunctious upstairs of course!) Radiant floor heat and forced air conditioning make the unit comfortable year round.
