Great stay! House was very clean and spacious and the pool/hot tub were wonderful. Was great for a family vacation with the beach only being about 15 minutes away. House was well stocked with basic needs and extras like laundry detergent. Would definitely recommend.

Excellent property! All amenities were as described and in great shape. Comfortable beds, relaxing sitting and dining areas (indoors and outdoors). Kitchen was well equipped. Spa and pool were awesome and used daily during our stay. Host Cynthia was very welcoming and responsive. We had the most amazing vacation. The house was gorgeous and had everything we needed. We had two families staying here and the house was above and beyond our expectations. The pool and hot tub was clean and perfect. The kitchen and bedding were high end and the host answered every question we had. She was so helpful and friendly. The laundry, bathrooms and decor were perfect. We can’t wait to come back one day!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! The house was very clean upon our arrival. We appreciated the extra effort Cynthia took to make us feel welcomed and at home. The kitchen was stocked with good quality pots and pans, and knives that actually worked It was great being on the canal and having the use of the kayaks. The house is conveniently located to many beaches and restaurants. We highly recommend this place!

We had a wonderful Christmas stay at this house with our whole family. The home was beautiful, spacious, and perfect for spending quality time together. The pool and hot tub were a big hit and made our stay feel relaxing and special.The hosts were great—very responsive and helpful throughout our stay. We also really enjoyed kayaking from the property’s direct water access out to the bay, which added to the overall experience. Everything was clean, well-maintained, and exactly as described. We made great memories here and would absolutely stay again.

Why they chose this property

"Old Florida" at its best, Englewood is just that! The neighborhood is quiet and very peaceful with wonderful neighbors. The location is great and very close to Englewood beach 5.8 miles by car. "Atlanta Braves Spring Training Stadium" in North Port 14 miles by car, Boca Grande 12 miles by car, Sarasota 43 miles by car. Fort Myers by car 49 miles, Tampa 92 miles by car.

What makes this property unique

I love watching the boats going up and down the canal. Everyone's a waver and very friendly. Open floor plan! Big, beautiful and bright. Lots of outdoor lounging and dining areas poolside.
