This was a truly beautiful mountain retreat! Not only is it extremely comfortable, with all you could need and more available to you, the thoughtful decor and small touches make it a very cool stay!

We enjoyed this beautiful home and hope to return again on a future vacation. It was a great launch point for us to again explore Banner Elk and Beech Mountain and Grandfather Mountain and Linville Falls. We love visiting this part of North Carolina in the hot summer months of July and August. The drive down from Ohio is very manageable and the weather on these 5000 foot mountains is great with comfortable daytime temps and cool overnight low temps. This cabin is situated in a gated community and the short drive through the neighborhood from the gate to the cabin provides gorgeous views of the mountains. This home is beautifully decorated and comfortable. The home builder preserved some of the trees/woods adjacent to the home instead of clearing everything out and that gives it a bit of extra charm and privacy. The kitchen and main living area are a great space to relax. The back deck is also comfortable with lovely outdoor furniture. Well done!
