Located on the strip in Geneva-On-The-Lake, this delightful 2-bedroom bungalow offers a wonderful getaway. Recently remodeled and situated at the east end of the strip, you can easily walk to nearby attractions, including the park and scenic lakeside sunrise and sunset views. The bungalow is very clean and includes all freshly washed bedding with every stay. Accommodating guests with a queen bed and a double bed, you can unwind in comfort. The property is equipped with heating and air conditioning and offers free Wi-Fi and streaming DirecTV access.
Also, for your convenience, there is a fully stocked coffee bar and a kitchen ready for all your cooking needs. The bathroom features a shower, hairdryer, and ample supplies, including towels, washcloths, hand towels, toilet paper, and hand soap propane gas grill, a picnic table, and relaxing Adirondack chairs

We loved our time at the cottage! Linny is a great host - she checked in to make sure we had everything we needed. The cottage was clean and decorated so cute. The location is at the tail end of the strip, so you can walk up the street to most everything you need. If we go back to GOTL, we will definitely be staying with Linny.

We enjoyed our stay . The cottage was comfortable overall and had all of the needed amenities. It was on the quieter end of the main strip and within walking distance to all of the main Geneva on the Lake attractions. It was very quiet and relaxing .

I had my first visit to Geneva-On-The-Lake experience in 2013 with my then-boyfriend, who is now my husband. He grew up in Ashtabula County and often visited GOTL. I immediately fell in love with it! I loved being so close to the lake, and the residents and visitors were always cheerful and enjoying themselves. Everyone was so friendly!

We knew we wanted to be at least weekend residents, so we began our search for a cottage. After achieving that goal, we realized how much fun it would be to host visitors and vacationers, so we decided to add additional properties to start a short-term rental business. It has always been my dream to manage properties. I truly enjoy hosting and contributing to the success of this charming little resort town

Why they chose this property

This property is located on the East end of the Geneva On The Lake Strip, between Township Park, Lakeside Market, and GOTL Brewing. Across the street from the lake. Quieter end of the strip.

What makes this property unique

I am so excited to offer this property and its uniqueness! It is a small collection of five cottages, two main houses on the street, with a duplex, and a single cottage located behind the two main houses. Each house has its own private space and privacy, as well as the ability to interact with others if you like. This property would be perfect for a big family getaway, offering each family member their own space and privacy. There is a shared drive and assigned parking.
