We do acknowledge the roof leak during your stay. Unexpected maintenance issues can occur, particularly during significant South Florida rainfall, but a leak inside the home is certainly something we take seriously. Our team has addressed the matter with the appropriate professionals. We also appreciate you noting that when the bathroom drain issue arose, our team came to the property and corrected it. We were surprised by the statement that our team was not responsive. Latitude Key provides 24/7/365 guest support, with dedicated support agents and in-house maintenance personnel, and the physical response to the drain issue mentioned in the review is one example of that service. We will nevertheless review the communication history to ensure any messages that may not have received a timely response are identified. Regarding location, descriptions such as a “bad section of town” or a “safe beach” are inherently subjective. The home's location is accurately disclosed prior to booking. Parking capacity is also clearly communicated in the listing and is based on vehicles rather than the property's maximum sleeping occupancy. A home accommodating a large number of guests does not necessarily provide one parking space for every guest or couple.
