The property was in the middle of a lot of construction, parking is at least a block away and there are a lot of people loitering in front of and in the lobby of the building. The apartment looked clean but when you look closely it was only surfaced cleaned, we ended up buying a vacuum cleaner & sheets because the carpets were dirty and one of the beds smelled like urine. There were also loud late night parties in multiple apartments, including across the hall & the neighbors upstairs sounded like they were running around and throwing things at the floor (our ceiling) from midnight until 5am every night.

The apartment was spacious, well-located, and within walking distance of several popular spots. Parking was a bit challenging, as street parking is limited. The apartment could benefit from some touch-up painting, as there were noticeable marks on many of the walls. Upon arrival, we were missing towels, but the host promptly arranged for additional ones to be delivered the next day. We were also missing comforters for all of the beds. On a positive note, the host was very responsive and checked in throughout our stay to ensure everything was going well. Overall, I had a pleasant experience and would consider staying here again if I return to Philadelphia.
