Check in was a breeze. This house had everything you need for on vacation, all you will need is your clothes and food. It was clean, and had plenty of things for the littles to do at the house when the grownups need a break from the lake. Would 100% stay her again!

We loved our stay here! The house is in a great location with a beautiful view of Bear Lake. There is a nice grassy area on the property. We loved the room that was stocked with kid toys and a crib for our group. Plenty of parking for everyone and the house was stocked with everything we needed!

Spacious house with a lot of fun activities for the kids and great views of the lake. Living room had minimal seating for a 5 bedroom house but everything was clean and in great working condition. Great location a few minutes from raspberry shakes. Check out tasks/instructions were a little extra than normal, but it was clear and the host was very nice and responsive.

Great views and location

The place was very comfortable and spacious. We had space to meet together as a large family as well as some place for people to separate. I really enjoyed getting the kids out on the lawn, the views of the lake and the easy access to Garden City. The south beaches were also very close. The home was well appointed, clean and easy to get to. I can’t say enough great things about our experience.

Hi! We are John and Amy Nollner. We have 4 children, 2 of which are grown and 2 littles. We have had the unique opportunity to travel and live all over the world. Most of the time when we travel we prefer to stay in a vacation home because we love to experience the local culture and people. Now that we have 2 little ones, we wanted a place that was close enough to get away but not so far that we couldn't jet up for a weekend away. We have always loved to go to Bear Lake, and decided that we wanted our kids to be able to experience it as well. We are excited about the opportunity to share our love of the area with others.

Why they chose this property

We looked for several months to find the perfect place to buy that would accommodate our large extended family and groups of friends, but be cozy enough for our little family to enjoy as well. When we looked at this property we felt at home and wanted to sit down and enjoy the view. We could see our kids playing here while we relaxed on the deck. We love that it is so close to the water and also to hiking/biking trails. We also love that we don't have to be constantly worried that our little ones will sneak out to the water by themselves.

What makes this property unique

Views for DAYS! The view from this home takes my breath away every single time. In our family we always fight over who gets the King sized beds, so we put 4 kings in the house so we all get a good nights sleep and can enjoy our days at the lake or hiking up the canyon.
