Located in a quiet wooded cul de sac only about 1/4 mile walk to incredible trails, a half mile from a great fishing pond, 5 minute drive to the center of Boulder and the historic Pearl Street Mall restaurants and shopping, 10 minutes to CU, and 10 minutes to the Boulder Reservoir. Incredible mountain biking, hiking and road cycling all right from the house.
