Welcome to your perfect getaway! This spacious three-bedroom retreat comfortably sleeps up to eight guests. Enjoy movie nights in the dedicated theater room, stay active in the workout room, and unwind in one of three well-appointed bathrooms. Step outside to relax by the heated pool or soak in the hot tub. The outdoor grill and fire pit make for delightful evenings under the stars. Located in a quiet, safe neighborhood, our home offers private parking. Pool closes annually 09/30 reopens 05/01

Please note:

If any of these house rules are violated, VRB0 will be notified, and you maybe be required to vacate the property immediately.

1. Smoking is completely forbidden in designated non-smoking areas, which include:
1. Inside the home
2. The enclosed patio
If you smoke or vape inside the home or on the enclosed patio, you will incur a $250 smoking fee. Smoking is only permitted outdoors.

2. Parties are not allowed. Only the guests specified in the booking are permitted in the home. An additional fee of $80 will be charged for each guest beyond the original booking list.

3. If there are any noise complaints from neighboring residents or local authorities, please be aware that quiet hours are enforced from 8 PM to 8 AM.

4. Late checkouts require prior approval. If you do not check out by 11 AM, a fee of $50 will be charged for every 15 minutes of delay.

5. Drugs are prohibited anywhere on the property..

6. The use of the fireplace is prohibited..

7. Destruction of property includes the use of balloons and confetti, which are strictly prohibited due to their potential to damage the pool.

8. Any act of violence towards guest host or neighboring residence.

9. Tampering with security/safety devices.

10. Pets are strictly prohibited.

11. Other significant violations that were considered a safety risk for the guest, host and neighboring residence.
