Everything about this place was amazing. The owner communication was good, the house was beautiful just like pics. I’d definitely stay here again.

Nice Place

My friends and I stayed here as a jumping point to Dayton for a sporting event. Worked out well. Hot tub was even working! Will definitely come back if all things align again for the group.

Good house and amenities

House itself and amenities were good. House needed TLC. The lights in one room controlled the lights to the room next to it. Dishwasher might need repair because it ran for 10 minutes and shut off. Had to hand wash stuff. Pool was clean and great. Gym equipment was nice. Beds were comfortable and clean. House did smell like smoke. Not sure if previous renters smoked.
