Great house and location!

Very comfortable and spacious! Close to University of Dayton arena, Dayton Art Institute and Carillon Historical Park.

This Historic new remodeled house is located right next to Gem City Market, two mins away from Dayton Art Institute and right across the river from downtown Dayton. It's a 5 min drive across the river from day air ballpark, home of the Dayton Dragons baseball team and riverscape park where you can enjoy summer festivals or just a walk around Dayton. Enjoy the historic Oregon district for your nightlife experience. The House is right around the corner from Salem peace corridor where people connect and enter downtown Dayton.
