FARMHOUSE ON FIRST- SUPER close to CASV - Spacious 5-bedroom home

Our home is tucked away on 8 quiet acres in the hills of Oneonta, just a short 2-mile drive from Cooperstown All Star Village. We’ve raised our three kids here, and as a family of educators, this home has always been a place to slow down, connect, and enjoy the simple things — we’re excited to share it with guests who’ll hopefully feel the same.

There are five bedrooms and 2.5 baths, so there’s plenty of space for families or groups. The house has air conditioning, a fully stocked kitchen, and smart TVs in every bedroom and the family room. Whether you’re gathering around the table for a home-cooked meal or relaxing after a long day at the ballpark, we’ve tried to make the space comfortable and easy.

Outside, you’ll find a patio with furniture, a gas grill for cookouts, and a catch-and-release pond that’s great for a little fishing. You might even spot our goats and chickens roaming nearby — they’re part of the charm out here.

For guest safety and property security, exterior cameras are located at the front and rear of the home and monitor outdoor areas only. There are no cameras inside the home.

It’s peaceful, private, and a nice break from the pace of everyday life. Whether you're here for baseball or just to unwind, we hope our home feels like a relaxing retreat during your stay.

The property was amazing! Our travel party loved the chickens and goats and the lake on property. We had plenty of room and the house was so comfortable and beautifully decorated. The VRBO hosts were great with communicating and if we had any questions they were very quick to respond. We highly recommend renting this property I know We will again!!

Great country setting house.. private yet close to basically anything you need for stores. Host was great , open communication. We had great experience staying here .

Amazing find!! We couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay while at CASV. Only 4 miles from the fields!! The house was amazing. Decorated beautifully. Kids loved fishing in the pond and having some fresh eggs in the morning. The hosts were amazing! Very responsive and super kind. I would highly recommend staying here!We will be back!

We stayed at the farmhouse with my wife, 3 boys, and parents while my other son played baseball at All Star Village at the end of June. The house was great all around. The entire inside of the home has been updated and was spacious. Towels and bed linens were all included and all the beds were even made prior to check-in. Jacqueline, the home owner, even came by to show my younger boys how to feed/care for the chickens and goats, which they loved doing each morning, The house was very clean and well cared for. The beds were comfortable and we had plenty of space. The tire swing and fishing at the pond were added bonuses that kept my children busy for hours. The hosts were very attentive, responsive, and helpful. Also, the location was perfect. It's right next to the country club and 5 minutes from All Star Village. The center of town is also about 5 minutes away. We all hope to stay here again in 3 years when my younger son will have his chance to play baseball at All Star Village.
