About this property

The Boutique City Nook

Welcome to The Boutique City Nook!
This luxurious, stylishly decorated studio is located in a historic townhouse dating back to 1746, right in the heart of a bustling shopping street. Enjoy a comfortable double bed, a modern en-suite walk-in shower, and a well-laid-out kitchenette. Perfect for a relaxing stay with all the city’s hotspots within walking distance. Experience the charm of old meets new in this exclusive city hideaway!

The Space
The studio is a cozy, well-appointed space with an en-suite bathroom, kitchenette, and wardrobe. The bathroom can be closed off with a sliding door—or left open to create that true loft feeling.
Towels and toiletries are provided in the bathroom. If anything runs out or is missing, just let us know right away so we can replenish it.

To enjoy a good series or movie, Netflix is available on the TV. The screen can be watched from the dining table—perfect while enjoying breakfast, lunch, or dinner. And in the evening, if you want to relax, simply swivel the TV toward the bed and stretch out in comfort!

The fully equipped kitchenette includes everything you need to cook. Whether it’s breakfast, lunch, or dinner, it’s all possible here. The quiet fridge is tucked away in the closet, ideal for storing groceries. On the countertop, you’ll find a Nespresso machine and an electric kettle. Coffee, tea, sugar, and milk are included in your stay—just for normal use, of course!

To make your stay even more comfortable, the right-side closet is arranged as a wardrobe. There’s a clothing rod with hangers and a cabinet with two drawers. Your luggage can be stored next to the fridge or placed on top of the wardrobe.

A good night’s sleep without daylight is important too. That’s why we’ve installed automatic curtains. We wouldn’t want to ask our guests to climb up to close them—so we added an electric curtain rail. Point the remote at the left side of the curtain: the right arrow opens them, the left arrow closes them.

The apartment has underfloor heating in both the living area and the bathroom. Please note that underfloor heating responds slowly—so there's no benefit in turning the temperature up or down drastically. It takes about 12 hours to warm up by one degree. The thermostat near the door controls the underfloor heating; we kindly ask that you leave it as is. To quickly adjust the temperature, feel free to use the air conditioning.

The dining table also doubles as a workspace. With a dedicated Wi-Fi network, remote work is absolutely possible.

A washing machine, iron, and ironing board are also available in the building. The iron and ironing board are free to use—just let us know if you’d like to use them. The washing machine can be used on request, but we’ll need to coordinate the timing to prevent any issues.

If, despite our efforts and preparations, anything is missing, please let us know right away. We're always available to resolve anything that might come up. This also includes restocking coffee and tea or bringing over an extra roll of toilet paper.

Guest Access
The hallway is shared with the loft at the back. Other than that, the space is fully private and equipped with all amenities.

Other Things to Note
No smoking! Since this is an internal space, there are no windows that can be opened. The smoke detector will go off immediately if smoking occurs indoors. Smoking is only allowed outside—there’s a bench right in front of the door where you can comfortably sit and enjoy a cigarette.et te roken.
