This New Smyrna Beach house boasts 3 inviting bedrooms with queen beds. Fall in love with New Smyrna Beach and enjoy the magic it has to offer. Picture perfect beach house with a huge pavered patio overlooking the Atlantic Ocean. Side storage with beach toys and chairs for your use. Owner has lovingly cared for this adorable "Beach Bug" and is looking for the perfect guest who will care and enjoy the home as much as they do. The perfect guest would be someone who has no pets and would like to stay the months of January through February and possibly March, minimum two month booking. Months of November and December discounted for a minimum 28 night booking. You will see by the pictures how cared for the home is and what a delight it will be to be right on the ocean and walking distance to Flagler Avenue for dining and shopping. Tons of coffee shops, live music and great shopping. Vaulted ceilings and lots of windows,comfy beds and linens. A true vacation home!!
