Sleeps up to 10 with 2 king beds, 2 queen beds, and a queen pull-out sofa. Pet-friendly and perfect for families or groups. Walk to the beach, minutes from Flagler Ave shops and dining. Stylish, spacious, and perfectly located! For larger groups ask me about my matching townhouse next door it also sleep 10. Both are available to rent individually or at the same time as a large group.

Load and start the dishwasher
Strip any used beds, gather used towels and store extra beds
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys
Strip all used sheets, pillowcases, towels and leave on laundry room floor. Leave comforter and pillow shams on the bed. Keep up with washing your towels. Cleaning lady only does 2-3 loads of laundry
Empty fridge, throw all trash in our cans. No loose trash everything needs to be bagged. Trash days Monday and Thursday bring to the street night before or early morning. No recycling bag everything
Absolutely NO SMOKING/VAPING inside you will be charged $500 per day of your stay if smoke smell is detected. NO EVENTS, NO PARTIES. We have cameras and will call cops. No one under 25 allowed to rent

Everything was wonderful! The doggo had a great time and everyone was super comfortable during our stay. Any issue we had the host was so quick to resolve. Including getting us a new wine opener that matched the theme of the property. Overnight! I would come back to New Smyrna Beach just to stay here again. This was also our first Vrbo stay and the host was so gracious in helping us navigate. I cannot say enough good things.

The host was very responsive to our questions and needs. The house is nicely decorated and furnished, comfortable and all appliances are clean and working. We loved the quick walk to the beach! We wished we had more options in cookware and mixing bowls since we did a lot of meals at the house, but were able to get by with what was provided. The grill worked great! It was great to have the option of dog friendly since my daughter could not find adequate care for her dog over the holidays. It was nice to have groceries nearby and there was enough provision of toilet paper and paper towels for the first 2 days. Our family enjoyed our time here and will definitely keep it in mind for another trip!

If you are looking for functioning basic amenities and a respectful host, do not stay here. On our only full day, water came through the ceiling from the second-floor bathroom into the room below, followed about 40 minutes later by a major leak under the kitchen sink. I immediately reported both. Six paying guests were then without an upstairs shower, sinks, or toilet, and instructed not to use the kitchen sink, dishwasher, or laundry. We were ultimately left sharing one small bathroom.Problems happen, but what cannot be blamed on plumbing is how you treat guests when they do. I spent hours cleaning up water, drying cabinets and floors, moving items, replacing water bowls, hanging wet towels and mats outside, and following instructions from the host.While at dinner hours later, we continued receiving messages about protecting the home, including instructions to protect cabinets and replace water bowls before going to sleep. When I explained how disruptive this was, I was told a plumber needed to assess the situation. A plumber may be needed to assess plumbing, but it does not take one to recognize the impact on guests or show empathy.After checkout, all communication stopped. I’m still waiting for a basic acknowledgment more than 48 hours later. Six paying guests dealt with major disruptions while the focus remained on protecting the property, rather than acknowledging how we were affected.Save your money and your peace of mind. Do not stay here.

This review is extremely misleading and contains statements directly contradicted by the guest’s own messages and professional inspections. These issues occurred around 6 PM on the FINAL NIGHT—not throughout their stay. The guest herself wrote, “on our last night” and “We’ve had a great time and really enjoyed the house.” She claims six guests were without upstairs “sinks or toilet” and were left sharing one bathroom. This is false. The toilet was fully operational, and when I asked her to check the upstairs sink, she replied, “No leak under the sinks.” Neither was ever taken out of service. She claimed the shower leaked. An HVAC professional determined the shower was NOT leaking; AC condensation was caused by a filter jammed sideways. The home had been vacant over a month and this occurred on their second night. About an hour later, she reported a kitchen “leak.” A plumber found the plumbing physically disconnected with a pipe removed—not a normal failure. She claims she spent hours drying everything, yet the sink cabinet was left wet while they went to dinner. She also falsely states communication stopped after checkout. I have timestamped messages proving I responded after checkout while awaiting professional assessment. Based on the timing, professional findings and immediate requests for compensation, it is my opinion these damages were deliberately caused in an attempt to obtain compensation or a free stay. I have photos, professional findings & messages documented
