Welcome to our little getaway! We hope you enjoy your stay and please ask us any questions you have. We will try our best to accommodate you.

East Glacier is directly in Glacier Park and is minutes away from great hiking and outdoor activities. It is within walking distance to East Glacier Lodge which features a bar/lounge, restaurant, and a golf course. The house also has amenities such as satellite television, Wi-Fi, a washer and dryer, and a charcoal bbq. East Glacier has a few restaurants including The Two Medicine Grill, The Whistle Stop, Serrano's, The Peak, and the East Glacier Lodge.

This home is well stocked, clean and comfortable. It is small but fit 5 people very comfortably for a short stay. There is a picnic table in the front yard for dining. We used it for convenient access to the east side of the park

We had a wonderful time during our stay. You can tell they tried to think of everything so you would be comfortable. The one thing I would like to have had was a fan. It was a wonderful location on the East Side. We liked how close it was to the lodge. The beds were very comfortable and we loved the two shower heads!

Great place to stay!

We loved the set up of the place. The kids enjoyed having their own space upstairs with 2 big beds. The kitchen was stocked nicely and we were even welcomed with a wonderful plate of cookies when we arrived. We all LOVED the shower! Felt like we were at a spa. Thanks so much for the great place to stay while visiting Glacier National Park.

Cozy cabin

We enjoyed our stay, spent most of our time exploring Glacier National Park. The shower was amazing! Only think that would have made the stay better would have been a fan to keep the air moving in the lift bedroom. Also of note on the area I general is the the Glacier Park Trading Company has no fresh meat available despite what their website says. Plan ahead and pick up groceries in Browning or Kalispell.

Cozy Glacier Getaway

Loved our stay at this gem property! Cozy beds & bedding, fluffy towels, amazing shower. The kitchen & living room were also perfect for our group of 5 to enjoy meals & movies at the end of our day. Close to Two Medicine, St Mary, & Many Glacier. The welcome cookies were perfect hiking food. We had a wonderful week & thank our wonderful hosts!! Would stay here again & fully recommend staying here. Oh! And we saw a beautiful fox in front of the house on our last day!

Perfect cabin and location

We stayed at this property from August 1st-August 8th and we loved it! The cabin was clean, comfortable and it appeared newly renovated, yet it still retained its cabin charm. My kids loved the loft sleeping area, and we all loved how plush the beds and towels were. And the shower.... I wish I could take it home with me! We had no problems with communication, as every question we had prior to our stay was answered promptly. Also, the location of the cabin was great, as most of our hiking was done on the east side. Our favorite hike was in the often overlooked area of the park, Two Medicine. Much less crowded here.... Dawson/Pitamakun hike is a must if you love to hike! I would definitely stay at this cabin again!

What a Gem!

This house was just perfect for our visit to the Eastern side of Glacier National Park. So convenient to Two Medicine, and not far from St. Mary or Many Glacier, either, all things considered. The yard is full of wildflowers and birds (and one red squirrel who was feasting on mushrooms). The inside of the house is cozy and comfortable, and has everything you need for a home away from home. Lots of blankets and throws if you want to sit outside and stargaze. The beds were amazingly comfortable, and it was nice to get good sleep after days spent hiking in the park. The other cool thing was all the historical details inside the house: info about the house itself (it's history and how it was built), info about the iconic red buses, a topographical map of Montana, etc. Thanks for opening your beautiful, wonderful home up to us. It was the perfect home base for our adventures!

Cozy home space conveniently located for exploring GNP-much better than the west side! Fully equipped with all necessities including bear and bug spray and washer/dryer. Great shower with glorious water pressure after a long day of activity. Hosts were quick to respond to questions.

Great location to access east side trails. We really enjoyed playing the games that were there, especially Apple to Apple. Only caution is that there is a spiral staircase with wide rails, it made me nervous when the grandchildren were on it.

This cabin felt so at home and was well-stocked. Beds abd living area were very comfortable and kitchen and bathroom were clean and nice. East Glacier is small but charming & out of the western fray.

Great Glacier Stay!

My husband and I went to Glacier National Park for our 10 year wedding anniversary. This place was the perfect location with gas and good food options within walking distance. The cabin was great and met all our needs. I would stay here again in a heart beat.

We are a farming family with roots in Montana that date back over 100 years. Our farm, founded in 1910, is still active today. Dale and Frankie (mom and dad) run the farm while Frankie also is dental hygienist. The three girls, Grace, Callie, and Tessa, also work their own careers and help on the family farm while also managing this property. It is all one big family operation!

Why they chose this property

In the early 1920s our grandfather/uncle purchased a city block of lots in East Glacier. They were farmers, but also worked in the park on the Jammer busses when farming was tough. Slowly, the great depression hurt financially and the lots were sold one by one. Thankfully, they were able to keep one lot that we were able to obtain. It has been a great piece of family history that we love!
