The location was great! 2 blocks from a great beach and located near good food and shopping. They were great communicators before, during and after the stay. The beach amenities were perfect too. Would stay here again.

Cute and convenient

Rating Details: The property manager was adequately helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was more than happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: A little complicated getting used to the process of using the key for the elevator multiple times, but I understand for safety and security. We were pleasantly surprised with the air mattress, which allowed my family to spread out more with sleeping. We also appreciated the beach chairs and cooler available. Bathroom shower is a little tight for a larger person, but manageable.

The location was fantastic and everything was within easy walking distance. The condo was clean and well organized, the beds were very comfortable. The only downside is the bathroom doorway is very narrow and the shower is especially difficult for someone with limited mobility. We appreciated the available beach chairs, towels, and cooler. The kitchen was fully equipped for simple food prep.

Great place! It was in a super convenient location in downtown Waikiki with lots of restaurants and shops nearby. The beach was 1-2 blocks away too.

Unit is not as described on line. Unit dirty, shower very very small & dirty! Roaches on kitchen counter. Host was unreasonable in refund. Had to check out after 1 day & find another place to stay. Not handicap accessible AT ALL. Wish I had know that in booking! 1000% disappointed. Noise is crazy loud, sounds like people are talking in your actual unit. Floor was si dirty, I have pictures of my filthy suitcase after putting on floor!

The apartment was in an excellent location and very clean. But the window in both the living room and main bedroom had a leak when it rained. Very spacious though.

I am 95 % disappointed and unsatisfied. this place is filty, full of roaches, with almost no Ac. my kids had the worst vacation time. their room did have AC. my husband and I had to sleep on the small sofa to accommodated them in our bedroom. the shower is nothing to be call a shower. overall this is a waste of time, and money. We were stock so far from our home and did not have any other choices. I spoke to someone who said he was not aware of the roaches, however they have roaches strapped every where in the house. Please take a look before taking someone else money. I have pictures of the roaches for reference but i am not posting them yet

Perfect location

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This unit is in a perfect location. Shopping, food, beautiful beach steps away. The area is busy with just about anything you could want or need in walking distance. There are not any views but who goes to the beach and sits inside? There is also beach gear in front room to use which was nice to have on hand. The unit itself was adequate for four adults. Beds were comfortable. As stated by previous guests the back bed room is rather warm as it does not have a dedicated AC unit. Thankfully they provided a box fan we set up in the hallway to pull the cooler air through. Keeping all the binds closed also helped. If you can’t sleep when warm this may not be a good unit for you. We were thankful to have a kitchen to make some of our own meals so we weren’t eating out constantly. It had everything we needed for basic prep. The bathroom is smaller, especially the shower but it was hot water with great pressure. The check in process was very thorough as the entry to the unit does have a few security features that are not normal (key for public elevator). Thankful everything was explained clearly to us. Owner also checked in mid way to ensure we were enjoying our stay. I would stay here again the value for the location was worth it!

Our host Paul was prompt and answered any questions we had. He was great! This 2 bedroom apartment on the second floor was perfect for us and our friends. Besides just having 1 bathroom and a small shower stall, it worked out very well for us. They provided many amenities and we were surprised to even be supplied with beach chairs and small ice chest. There’s a laundry room down the side of the building so bring a couple roll of quarters so you don’t have to gather them from the local stores. Parking was free which was a block over but it is not far and is a nice walk. Waikiki beach and Kalākaua street for shopping and food is nearby. We will definitely stay here on our next vacation if we need a second room. Aloha!!

Location location location! Phenomenal property close to all the action without being overwhelmingly IN Waikiki. Obviously still located within the resort area but on the edge enough that you could enjoy quiet nights with the windows open if you so choose. Five minutes walk puts you right in the middle of all Waikiki has to offer, with plenty to see and do. Property had all of the necessary amenities, and was such a good value for the money. The only “downsides” (which again, aren’t enough to affect my overall experience) are that one of the bedrooms doesn’t have AC, so it can get hot even with a fan and there aren’t enough hooks for wet towels. The shower itself was also rather small- not an issue for our group but something to keep in mind! The shoe area also got a little crazy with four people all taking our shoes off around the door (plus we had so many shoes between the water shoes, hiking, walking, etc) . These are minor problems overall when compared to the benefits of staying here. The laundry room was a GODSEND. Not free, but still cheaper and better than any laundromat. Bedrooms were cozy and all the bedding (mattresses included) was comfortable and did not feel cheap. Our on island contact was so easy to communicate with and VERY helpful. We had a late check in and didn’t have any issues entering the property. We also utilized the “off site” parking (it was a 2 minute walk away) which could not have been easier. I would absolutely stay here again in a heartbeat!

The room was clean upon arrival. The living room is nice and the kitchen was equipped with what we needed. The A/C is very nice in the king size bed bedroom and in the living room and kitchen. The other bedroom doesn’t have a dedicated AC and it was uncomfortable even with the ceiling fan. The place is very close to the beach which was great. We really enjoy the proximity to restaurants and coffee shops. Also downstairs was the best shaved ice place. We did have issues with cockroaches in the bathroom we saw at least 3-5 at night and in the kitchen there was a couple that I saw. We realized we couldn’t keep food in the counter so everything went in the fridge or very tightly sealed. The laundry room is pleasant and on the same floor. You can use an app to pay for the laundry so that was convenient. We had a nice time.
