Great place to stay. Lots of room for everyone. Bring plenty of hangers , there are no dressers to put clothes in. The locals were nice and the lake was beautiful.

This property was beautiful! We had an amazing time paddle boarding and swimming. The pictures do not capture the beauty of the place, it was adorable! The beds were comfortable, and it had everything that we needed. I recommend this house for sure, and would use it again in the future.

Beautiful home that was perfect for our weekend at Smitb Mt. Lake! Plenty of space inside and outside. Perfect parking, as we had several families with us. The home was clean and comfortable! We will book again!

Great spot near the marina

Really enjoyed the stay. Plenty of room to spread out inside and out, with a great dock. We enjoyed the paddle boards, as well as ice cream just a short walk away at the marina. We would definitely return!

Lovely lakehouse

The lake house was beautiful, clean and cozy! We enjoyed jet skiing and swimming in the lake! Chad was very responsive and helpful, he made sure to let us know when and where we’d be able to see fireworks!

This house was great and Chad was very responsive. Easy to communicate with him! Good location right on lake and able to dock boat over night. Enjoyed the paddle boards and fishing from the dock.

Wonderful Memorial Day weekend

Wonderful stay, a really great location ! The owner was very responsive and proactive. We had a problem with a grill and the owner had it replaced the next day. We enjoyed our stay very much !

Beautiful lake front house! It’s on a cove off of the main lake, which was great for us with the paddle boards and my kayak. When the main lake was choppy from rain, the cove was more peaceful. The house worked perfectly for me and three teenagers. Short walking distance to the marina that has a restaurant (food was good), with live music on the weekends, and an ice cream stand. The covered deck was awesome to sit out on without getting wet when it rained a bit, and still have the lovely view. There are 3 bedrooms on the upper level and one full bath. No en suite bath if that is necessary for a family. There is a full bath on the main level that my son used while we girls shared the upstairs one. We didn’t use the basement bunks or bathroom at all- but would’ve been plenty of space for several more people to stay. House was very well equipped with everything we needed, grill, fire pit, paper products/linens/ towels provided. Very clean.Only issue we had was that we couldn’t access any streaming services on the TV for several days, no idea what the problem was, as it randomly came back on. We had difficulty with the basement projector, but then realized the batteries in the remotes were dead and also missing. Suggestion to make sure these things work before people’s stay. Also, would be better to have the grill on the deck outside of the dining room for easier cooking access than walking down and through basement. Overall, a great lake house and we would like to come back

Wonderful home! Chad was quick to answer all my pre-vacation questions about the grill, the dock shade, etc. We loved the huge dining table for puzzling and chilling. We also loved the covered porch and high table for morning coffee. The toys in the boat shed were an extra unexpected bonus. The house was clean, comfortable and perfect for our family of seven.

Such a beautiful location, modern and clean house. I was worried at first about being able to sleep our family but everyone was able to have their own space it was awesome!! The porch views are amazing, the dining table made meals so easy with our bigger party! The host was easy to get in contact with and answered quickly!! Overall an amazing stay and would definitely return!! Loved the cove location and being able to relax! Me and my brother were able to enjoy the paddle boards during our stay. This house had so many extra things in the outside building, paddle boards, floats, life jackets, etc. I was surprised to find a full play pen for my baby in one of the closets, such a well thought out house!!

Lots of pro’s to this property - comfy beds- 3 fulls baths is great when you return from Hiking or the lake and everyone wants a shower at the same time- proximity to Marina allows for rentals, dinner & Ice cream just a short walk down the road. - small, quiet park is right across the street for basketball, pickleball, hockey and small playground. We enjoyed PB multiple times- Lake access is great. Some properties have so many steps or steep slope but this one was good. - Paddle boards and rafts were great, having dock is great for boating. - DG market was only 11 minutes away for produce, meats, drinks, eggs bread etc. - property was quiet, peaceful. We saw deer everyday in the yard.
