This luxury apartment is the perfect setup for all travelers. With a comfortable king size bed, a fully stocked kitchen and coffee bar, a spacious and modern bathroom, a desk space for all of our remote work travelers, and stylish touches throughout, the space is set up for our guests to enjoy every square foot! Outside of the private apartment, you will have access to a plethora of amenities, including a 24 hour gym, a golf simulator, a pool table, and many more! This building requires us to have a copy of the primary guests drivers license on file as well as the license plate number for the car that will be parked in the garage.

Our stay was phenomenal!! My friend and I stayed in Louisville for the Louder than Life festival and this spot was absolutely perfect! The space is exactly as advertised, comfortable and spacious. It was super clean. The pool/courtyard area is beautiful! The building in general is so secure, which made the stay so comfortable. We could fully relax without worrying. The location is so prime!! About a block or so away from 4th Street Live, this really cool downtown hang out spot. We went out there Saturday night, didn't have to worry about driving anywhere, just explored this little corner of the city and loved it!The hosts were great, start to finish! There is a series of check in steps to get access to the building and parking, and the instructions were perfectly straightforward and easy to follow. We got in no problem. Thank you guys!

The listing was entirely accurate. Some subtle strengths are not listed, such as how quiet the room was and how dark the bedroom was, two of my key criteria.The place was lovely.There are complex written directions on how to obtain your key. Read these well in advance and be prepared to follow them. If you follow the advice, gaining initial access is effortless. I had to reread them at the last second. This slowed me down by 30 seconds and was entirely my fault.The bedroom closet was huge, as was the bathroom.Would I stay here again, or advise a family member or coworker to rent this location if they were staying in downtown Louisville? Absolutely.

The host made it super easy. He allowed us to grab the pool keys so we could lounge while waiting for check--in. The apartment was absolutely lovely. Clean, spacious, and quiet. We would definitely stay there again.
