Largo Central Park is great for events, playground, kids train ride and more! Just a short drive to our favorite beaches, Indian Rocks Beach and Clearwater Beach. I am Florida native and grew up on the beaches. I have a son and daughter, my family and I live nearby and enjoy being on the boat, fishing, exploring the islands, eating at great restaurants and enjoying our beautiful parks and fun amusement parks nearby! We love to travel and nothing is more appreciated than when going to a rental that is clean and stocked with the necessities! I know how much this means to me and hope you and your family or friends will want to come back again and again to enjoy the nearby beaches and sunny Florida!
Why they chose this property
We have owned this duplex (2 single family homes in one) and have always rented long term. The unit on the other side is a long term rental. We have family out of town and wanted somewhere they could stay when visiting so we put the extra care for them and our other guests when they come stay.
What makes this property unique
Brand new, we just remodeled this in 2025 and we love this location! Although this has a full fenced in back yard, the front is where we like to sit outside and enjoy the breeze and listen to the birds. We put turf down out front along with chairs and a table as the front has so many trees and shade which makes it nice to enjoy outside.
