This home is in a perfect location, right in the heart of downtown Largo between two beautiful parks that you can walk to. Just a short drive to nearby beautiful beaches!

Be one of the first to stay in this remodeled home that just started renting in Summer of 2025!

Highland Recreation is just a short 0.3 mile walk to the family friendly park, or walk 0.5 miles to the beautiful Largo Central Park! Highland Recreation features a peaceful shaded walking trail around the lake, outdoor gym, courts, playground, pool and indoor playground and state of the art gym. Largo Central Park is great for family events, their huge outdoor playground, kids train ride and more!

The nearby beaches are about a 15 minute drive to the gorgeous sand at Indian Rocks Beach and Clearwater Beach.

Enjoy a tranquil view from the living room and kitchen. Take a seat out front to enjoy seeing so many different birds in the shade of the oak trees. You can even walk across the street to feed ducks and turtles at the lake.

A wonderful vacation home that js newly refurbished with all new appliances, and very clean. The owners, Liz and Jory, are friendly, easy to contact, and immediately addressed any issues that came up. We found the location great: its on a quiet street and very close to shopping, restaurants, community rec center and Central Park, which has a very nice performing arts center (5 min. drive.) Highly recommended

Liz, the host, was great. Very welcoming and gracious. She was very accommodating when I asked to extend my stay. Everything in the house is brand new. The house had everything you need as well as extras like beach towels and beach chairs. I highly recommend this place. Location is great, close to everything.

We loved our stay. Lovely quiet street opposite a park area, rec centre and close to a nature reserve with resident gators. Liz’s house was beautifully set up, with everything you need. The beds were super comfortable. About a 15 mins drive to the nearest beaches and well positioned to go further afield. I’d definitely recommend as a location to explore Clearwater St Pete’s and beyond.

I have a son and daughter, my family and I live nearby and enjoy being on the boat, fishing, exploring the islands, eating at great restaurants and enjoying our beautiful parks and fun amusement parks nearby! We love to travel and nothing is more appreciated than when going to a rental that is clean and stocked with the necessities! I know how much this means to me and hope you and your family or friends will want to come back again and again to enjoy the nearby beaches and sunny Florida!

Why they chose this property

We have owned this duplex (2 single family homes in one) and have always rented long term. The unit on the other side is a long term rental. We have family out of town and wanted somewhere they could stay when visiting so we put the extra care for them and our other guests when they come stay.

What makes this property unique

Brand new, we just remodeled this in 2025 and we love this location! Although this has a full fenced in back yard, the front is where we like to sit outside and enjoy the breeze and listen to the birds. We put turf down out front along with chairs and a table as the front has so many trees and shade which makes it nice to enjoy outside.
