Cozy 2 bedroom, 3rd floor condo located directly on Turtle Beach Inlet where you can fish, swim, and boat just steps from your door. Condo has just been repainted throughout and features comfortable living room furniture w/sleeper sofa for overnight visitors. Enjoy dazzling sunsets from the large covered screened & glassed lanai with beautiful water views. Well stocked kitchen with dishwasher. Heated pool and laundry facilities on-site. Free WiFi & Cable are provided.
The Inlet is located on the quieter southern end of Siesta Key. Bring your boat, or rent one from the nearby marina (free docking for residents). Take a 5 minute walk to Turtle Beach, dining at waterfront restaurants and night time entertainment. Active community, join in a pot luck or share sunsets with a nice, friendly group. Hop on the free Siesta Key Breeze Trolley and take a ride to.
RENTAL POLICY: One month minimum is required and it must be the first day of the month to the last day of the month unless management approves an exception prior to booking.

The pictures posted of this condo were taken about a year ago, and are a true representation of the unit. In February 2020 a new adjustable bed and new mattress were purchased for the master bedroom. A safety grab bar was installed in the bathroom with the bathtub. All living room furniture and dining room furniture were new in 2019. The condo was completely repainted in 2019.

The Inlet 39
The best part of the condo was the view and location. It was stated in the description, that the furniture was relatively new. However, when you sit on the couch or chair you sink into a hole. Very uncomfortable. The bathrooms and kitchen are VERY dated. Shower curtain in guest bath was filthy, we replaced it.
Some of the outlets sparked when a phone charger was plugged in. No bath mat in the tub, slippery. We bought one. Some of the linens were in poor condition. We do not recommend this condo.

It's unfortunate that you didn't mention any of your complaints to us while you were here. We would have purchased a new shower curtain, bath mat, & linens right away and taken them over. The guests who stayed in the condo during January thoroughly enjoyed the unit, and have already re-booked to return next year. The furniture is only a couple of years old and we have had no other feedback about it being uncomfortable.

Beautiful landscape with a gorgeous view
The unit was was very clean and comfortable. The kitchen was fully stocked with all cooking utensils. It is hard to beat the views and the daily visits from the manatee. We don’t get that on Texas. Thank you for a very peaceful stay while we were away from home and our families seeing to the damages caused by Irma! We would definitely come back.
