Isn’t it time to break away from the day-to-day routine and escape to a cottage by the Gulf? Surrounded by natural beauty and with more private beach per unit than any other resort in Destin, Hidden Dunes is a beach vacationers’ paradise! And Cottage 176 is a true gem that has recently been updated and renovated with all new wood floors, a newly remodeled kitchen and new furnishings and accessories throughout.

Everything needed for true relaxation is here. Two picture-perfect bedrooms, and a furnished screened- in porch provide a peaceful and contented retreat. Calming neutral colored furnishings with pops of all shades of blue are pleasing to the eyes and the plush furniture is soft and comfy too. Not only is the inside of this Destin beach condo immaculate, it’s also loaded with amenities because of its excellent Hidden Dunes location. Enjoy walking trails with gazebos or take family pictures in the gazebo on the lily pad-clad lake. Lounge in one of the two pools with gazebos or just laze away the days on Hidden Dunes deeded beach. For those requiring a little more action, there are lighted basketball courts and six clay professional tennis courts. Plus, great shopping and dining choices are all within a mile.

Hidden Dunes offers six tennis courts with a Rubico Clay surface, which is the highest standard for clay tennis courts, and are maintained daily in order to provide the best playing conditions. Proper tennis attire is required to play and we encourage you to call ahead to schedule a match or take advantage of our clinics and private lessons. Please call to inquire about cost per session and equipment rental prices. Our friendly staff invites you to join for a game or two.

2 PARKING SPACES PROVIDED!

We require a minimum length of stay during the summer and over holidays.

We do not rent to anyone under 25 or to students. We require 1 parent for every 2 people under 25.

Guests receive a welcome kit with small dishwasher detergent, dish soap, sponge, a roll of paper towels, and laundry detergent. There will be an initial trash liner in each receptacle and a set of toilet paper and soaps for each bathroom provided. Guests will need to replenish supplies for longer stays.

In addition to our welcome kit, we also supply basic cooking essentials like salt, pepper, and oil.

Quaint and Serene

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Hidden Dunes Beach Cottage. It was surprisingly shady and quiet with lush landscaping to make it feel resort-like. Easy access to the beach with impeccable service provided by beach service crew. Only issues upon arrival was the cleanliness of our unit and a minor a/c concern which was quickly reported to the onsite property manager and corrected within 24 hours. We will definitely be returning to this location for future adventures.

Awesome stay

We had a blast. My sister and I took my two daughters and her daughter for an long weekend girls trip to Destin. There was plenty of space for all of us to sleep and get ready in. The kitchen was well stocked with pans that weren’t a million years old and the utensils were also in good shape. Everything was clean and comfortable and I would definitely use them again. We had one issue with the lock on the front door but the emergency number was answered and the situation was handled quickly even though it was 10pm.

Not our best week; some issues could not be helped.

We had a dishwasher that did not work properly and called it in. Next day repair did not happen so we just washed dishes by hand. The next thing is probably pretty natural. The family that move in above us had 7 children, 4 of which were under 10. The amount of foot noise was unbelievable all the way to 10:30 each night, so we left a day before our reservation was up. Sigh, so much for rest at the end of the day.

The Best Yet

Our stay at the cottages exceeded our expectations. The landscaping around the area was meticulous. The best feature was the White Diamond Service. Each morning the polite boys would find the best chair/umbrella location for our group of families. They remembered our names and even came to the side of one of our members when she became overheated in the sun. They went above and beyond and deserve tips. The grills were in a perfect location as well. We always felt safe as the guards checked out pass and we entered the resort. Thank you for an amazing vacation.

The apartment is located at the Hidden Dunnes Resort. It was the perfect place and location for our family, very easy to get around and a walking distance to beach. This place was great, very clean and had everything we needed.

Terrible experience!

We really had terrible experience here. First of all, they shouldn't advertise this place as a Cottage or house because it is an apartment complex and I believe you will always have people upstairs. So, Be aware that you will not have peace and also will not be able to sleep because it is a very noisy place.

The communication with the property manager Linda was a bad one she wasn’t respectful to us when I questioned her about the tv not working she stated that she wish everything in life was perfect like I wanted it was an offensive statement and I told her we spent a lot of money to be as stress free as possible and she acted like the tv was not a big deal that we were over acting she didn’t apologize for it only stated that she could not do anything about until the next morning the next day we got locked out or room with the code and had to call a manager to try to get in she stated to me that the door was unlocked and I told her it was not because we were standing outside we couldn’t get in for a while and I continued to try to twist the door knob and get in later finally got in she left a message that we had to pull and twist the knob to work on the door to get in that she would see about and send a locksmith this was a terrible trip for me and my family they acted as if we were not supposed to complain about things that were not working like the tv or not working properly like the the door it was an inconvenience to everyone coming in and out whe the door wouldn’t open

Unfortunately, because this incident involved a cable provider and it happened on a Sunday we were limited on what we could do. As a temporary solution we offered to move one of the other two Tv’s that were working to the living room. We were glad that we were able to help you open the door after we realized what the problem was. We never want our guests’ vacation to be impacted and we apologize again if it appeared that anyone with Newman-Dailey would not be sensitive to your needs. We hope you will give us another opportunity to earn your loyalty.
