Hidden Dunes Cottage 232 Professionally Managed by Newman-Dailey

Just the right size for a small family, Hidden Dunes Cottage 232 is the perfect fit for nature lovers, tennis enthusiasts and beach bums! Set in the fragrant magnolias and oaks of Hidden Dunes, this Destin vacation rental is a delightful place to escape to. Gorgeous scenery and relaxing ambiance are everywhere here. The beach is a short walk away, one of two gorgeous pool decks is right outside the screened in porch and walking trails wind through the property past fountains and gazebos. A beach chic decor combined with upgrades like granite counters and large flat screen TV's throughout will let you unwind in style. Moreover an open floor plan lets in plenty of sunlight and allows comfortable relaxation.

Hidden Dunes offers six tennis courts with a Rubico Clay surface, which is the highest standard for clay tennis courts, and are maintained daily in order to provide the best playing conditions. Proper tennis attire is required to play and we encourage you to call ahead to schedule a match or take advantage of our clinics and private lessons. Please call to inquire about cost per session and equipment rental prices. Our friendly staff invites you to join for a game or two.

1 PARKING SPACE PROVIDED!

We require a minimum length of stay during the summer and over holidays.
We do not rent to anyone under 25 or to students. We require 1 parent for every 2 people under 25.

Guests receive a welcome kit with small dishwasher detergent, dish soap, sponge, a roll of paper towels, and laundry detergent. There will be an initial trash liner in each receptacle and a set of toilet paper and soaps for each bathroom provided. Guests will need to replenish supplies for longer stays. In addition to our welcome kit, we also supply basic cooking essentials like salt, pepper, and oil.

August 2017 Stay

We would have scored 5 🌟 if not for a few minor issues. My wife and I took a vacation (just the two of us) for the first time in 15 years. The weather was perfect, the beach and pool spectacular. Location of our cottage was the best. Our only complaint was the continuous noise of the power washer for 6 day's. Unfortunately we had a toddler upstairs that liked to run back and forth late into the evening and very early in the morning so not much sleeping in for us. Believe me we have grandchildren and noisey vacations we have had but we were looking forward to getting a break from that for this trip. For some reason our code didn't work so never could rent a movie either. These minor issues would not keep us from staying at Hidden Dunes again. We aren't the type to complain and that's why we didn't call the office but we did feel our rating would have been higher if not for the noise problem.

We are saddened to hear that the week you were here they were conducting property maintenance and pressure washing. We are sorry for the noise and wish there was something we could have done. Unfortunately, we do not know this in advance and scheduling by the Homeowner's Association is at the mercy of the vendor. We do wish you would have called us about the movie box. We learned that the box was out of order, but did not know until a guest informed us. Thanks, again, for your review and we look forward to welcoming you back to Hidden Dunes Resort for future beach vacations.

We loved our stay! The property management team communicated timely and made our stay super easy. The condo was clean and the bed was comfy!! Having coffee on the porch overlooking the pool was a great way to start our day. We would definitely stay here again

Very nice place. Could use a coat of paint. Screen door needs to be secured with new screws.

Very nice stay. The tv remote needed batteries. There were multiple remotes with no directions saying which to use. The bad batteries did not help. The pools were great. About a 10 minute walk to beach from our place. Almost all of it in the shade. Beach is beautiful. Would stay there again.

Love that you could just walk off the porch to the pool, it was nice to sit on the porch and watch the kids swim . Check in process is very easy. Great location , gated and security always patroling and very friendly.

Hidden Dunes is a great location

You are minutes away from Destin and from 30A. The people who work here are very friendly and helpful. If there is a problem with the condo they take care of it immediately. See you next year - 2020
