The home is as advertised. It was perfect for our family. We loved the 3 bedrooms with 3 full bathrooms. We didn’t rent a car because we thought the unit was closer to public transit than it is. It’s a 1.1 mile walk to the Journal Square PATH drop. There aren’t other PATH stations within walking distance. I also wouldn’t be comfortable taking the bus with a young family. Street parking would be hard too. There are cars parked along every inch of Gardner Ave. Plan to take ride share services a lot. The host was very communicative and easy to engage with. There are 3 units in the building and the top floor is rented by long term renters. It was a bit noisy. Definitely worth a short stay, just know it isn’t super convenient to get around and into NYC.

Family visit

We enjoyed this property as we visited during the summer heat wave. It was clean, tastefully designed, and the host was very attentive and responsive. We would definitely recommend to anyone visiting with family.

Amazing Stay

My family and I recently stayed here and it was an absolutely amazing experience. It is in a great location (an easy walk to PATH), very clean, spacious and just overall a beautiful home. Phoebe was such a wonderful host. She always checked in with us to ensure our needs were met. We’ll definitely be staying here again.
