Loved the outdoor space. Although the sheets were not washed prior to our arrival, the host was very gracious and asked what he could do to remedy the situation. Otherwise, everything was wonderful.

Overall great for game day Allarm went off due to battery being dead. The upstairs bathroom toilet paper holder was pulled out of wall. Ample kiychrn supplies.

We were disappointed. We were delayed checking in by 3 hours due to prior people trashing the place; we do not hold that against the host, they communicated with us. There were only 5 towels for 5 people staying 4 days , no kitchen towels at all and the white bath towels had brown stains. They did bring us additional towels and some kitchen towels. The yard was overgrown and still had some trash in it so we did not sit out back. The place does have AC which worked fine downstairs but no air was blowing out of the upstairs vents and we could not figure out how to open them. There were dirty dishes in the cabinet and a pan full of cooked grease in the oven. The outside trash can was overflowing so no where to put our trash. Under the bed in one room was trash and another room had a dirty diaper under the dresser, we had no children so that was nasty and we were not touching it. The host did allow us to have a later checkout which was nice but over all we were disappointed and thought with all the issues and pictures we sent the host that they should have discounted the stay a tiny bit. It was a cute house and the neighborhood was nice. We felt safe. I think the host may need to check in on the place and the property management more.
