Welcome to this lovely vacation home located in the beautiful Bella Toscana community recently remodeled!
his home is close to all the amazing Theme Parks Central Florida has to offer!

The sunny pool is great for the kids and adults alike to cool off after a 'tough' day at the theme parks. The pool can also be heated in the cooler months for a surcharge. Shops and Restaurants are nearby which make this a perfect location! Its less than 2 miles to nearest shops and restaurants and I-4 is less than 3 miles.

The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you need to cook at home including pots, pans, dishes, cutlery, tea pot, and coffee maker. This home also offers a full size washer/dryer, towels and linens for your convenience.

Recent home upgrades include new vinyl plank flooring throughout the home, new bathroom vanities in both bathrooms, and a brand new King bed in the guest bedroom.

Staff (Jennifer)was friendly and very helpful, also really took care of us. Great location close to shops, restaurants, and conveniences. This placed lived up to its description, was clean and tidy. Rooms were clean. Recently remodeled with new furniture. We had the best holiday and will be back to stay again.

Great Place To Stay

The home was clean and big enough for the 8 of us. The pool was warm (paid for the pool to be heated) and relaxing. You are close to other homes but it's to be expected in the city. Disney World was a short drive, unless the traffic was backed up. Most of the time it was about 15 minutes. Twice it took over 30 due to accidents, but that's not the home's fault. I would stay here again!

My husband and I and our five children took our very first family vacation to Florida. The house was BEAUTIFUL. Very clean super big from what we are used to. My husbands best part was the fact that the master bedroom was away from the kids lol. The pool was clean and perfect for our five children. House was spaced out great and super cleaned. Neighborhood was perfect too for a nice family walk to the neighborhood park. I literally have no complaints at all!!! We absolutely loved every minute of our stay!!

Very big space, lots of room for familes and all amenites you will need. Fairly nice place, some stains on carpets and a little worn but to be expected due to it being a rental and nothing to worry about after all it is only a base. Roku boxes in bedrooms is a win as well when you want to chill in the evenings. Normally 20-30 minute drive to Disney and fairly straight forward drive. Good access to Publix and Walmart, we found Publix less stressful, Walmart seemed crazy busy.

Work on cleaning the house

The house and location is wonderful. The only issue I didn’t like is that the house smell horrible. As soon as we arrived we had to go to the store to get something to deodorize the house. Needs more work on cleaning the house (Base boards and walls). The beds were not very comfortable. Besides that, it’s nice and spacious place.

My only issue we checked out of the home on Friday morning, when I discovered the outside trash bin was practically full from the previous guest. We checked into the home late Sunday evening, and trash pick-up was Monday morning; setting out the external trash bin and being responsible for another guest's waste at check-in would not be reasonable. I noticed that the baseboards throughout the home were dusty, indicating they had not been cleaned in a while. This was a minor issue for me, but it may not be for your next guest. I did notice during my stay, the occupants of the home next door (with a for sale sign) let their chihuahua out daily, and it relieved itself next to the pool of our rental. I did not observe them cleaning up after their pet. Otherwise, I was very impressed with the layout of the home, and my family was comfortable during our stay.

From the moment we arrived, we knew our stay at this Home would be something special. The property itself was recently renovated and breathtaking - nestled in a serene location, it offered both tranquility and convenience. The interior was equally impressive. The attention to detail in the decor was remarkable, blending comfort with style effortlessly. Each room was immaculately clean and well-equipped with everything we needed for our stay. What truly set this Home apart was the host's exceptional responsiveness. They were always available to help us with anything we needed. The amenities provided were right on. We especially enjoyed the cozy outdoor sitting area where we spent our evenings relaxing under the stars. The Wi-Fi was fast and reliable, which was essential for us to stay connected. Overall, our experience was nothing short of wonderful. It was the perfect blend of luxury, comfort, and warmth. We left feeling completely refreshed and grateful for such a memorable stay. We can't recommend this Home highly enough – it's a true gem!

Great location but house needs some updating.

Arrived and noticed a musty smell. Luckily we read the previous reviews before us and had air fresheners ready upon arrival. Carpets had lots of stains through out the house. Crayons markings on bedroom walls. The kitchen and bathroom floors were very out dated (80’s linoleum) and severely stained with big purple blotches and lots of cuts and nicks throughout. Kitchen chairs were also very stained. Pool area was decent however we had paid extra for pool heat and it was either on or off so on day two of pool heat being on the pool was 105 degrees. Asked to turn down and was told it was either off or on so lessons learned don’t waste your money on pool heat at this property or by day 2 you will have a 105 degree pool. Master shower does not drain. Ankle deep shower water upon exiting. All the Beds sucked. Not comfortable at all. Overall the house has a good layout and house has a good location for area activities. Pool is nice. The house just needs Some major updating. Neighbors to the east have a very annoying 5 pound dog that barks non stop and at all hours. Neighbors get up set at dog and start yelling at it at all hours of the day. Overall 3 stars I’d give it but probably won’t go back to this one.

Excellent Stress Free Home Base

This Bella Toscana villa is the gold standard for Orlando rentals. Most listings lie about being "clean"—this place was actually immaculate. Not a speck of dust anywhere. The pool stayed crystal clear all week. It's the perfect spot to decompress after hitting the parks. Location's unbeatable. Convenient to Disney and the major attractions. It's a safe, quiet pocket that feels miles away from the chaos. The kitchen's fully loaded with real appliances. None of that "two spoons and a broken toaster" nonsense. But the real winner? The sleep. High-end beds and total silence. I haven't slept this well in a long time. Jennifer made the entire process seamless. She was extremely helpful and responded to every question almost instantly. If you want a stress-free home base that's actually worth the money, book this.

Very nice property

Property was clean, good condition. Neighborhood was quiet. Rental folks were responsive with questions and information. Location is about 20-30 min from Disney and 30-40 min from Universal. There were plenty of shops nearby. The kitchen is not as well stocked in terms of cooking tools as other places we have been, only an issue if you want to cook a lot.

Easy check in/out. House was great, however, the furniture is old and has a weird smell. The beds need an update as well. Walls and doors need to be fixed and/or painted. Besides some easy cosmetic fixes, the experience was still good.

Though this home needs some cosmetic updates we found it to be very clean and roomy for our family during our stay. Management company was very prompt to respond to our only issue; which was the pool heat we had paid for and the outside temps were too cold to enjoy it. They refunded our money quickly. It wasn’t their fault the weather wouldn’t cooperate. Kitchen could use a few more dishes but overall well equipped with enough to manage. Plenty of linens for everyone. Would definitely stay here again. Great value for the money.
