This was a nice spot in Cedar City. Pictures are accurate. The only thing to be aware of is because it’s a basement apartment, you hear everything upstairs. Also there are two large dogs that were sometimes on leashes and sometimes not. You’ll also have to watch out for kids playing in the driveway when you enter and exit.

Great place!

It is super easy to find, and super easy to access. You are close to anything you need, and there is plenty of space if you need a place to stay with friends. I stayed there comfortably with three friends.

The place was great for our needs. Clean and very well priced. We stayed most of the day at our families home but the night was spent here.

Excellent Stay!

We had a wonderful experience staying here! The basement apartment was the perfect fit for our family with room for everyone. Our kids even got some energy out in the backyard during our stay. Would definitely recommend to anyone visiting Cedar City.

We enjoyed the space a couple notes, the coffee make was not clean and had mold growing on very old coffee. It happens. Please add salt and pepper shakers to the kitchen and instructions for cleaning dishes with the absence of a dishwasher. Please note that there are dogs and cats. We were ok, but we have allergies and felt it.
