This is one of those places where you stay and you’re just marvel at how the owner “thought of everything“It was the perfect location for my wife and I to stay for the weekend while we attended the Cal v UCLA gameThe balcony overlooks a wonderful view of trees, and in the distance you can see San Francisco BayIt’s a nice 20 minute walk to North Berkeley A 25 minute walk to the university campusTo return to the home, most of the time we used an Uber to get back because the walk is uphillI give it my highest five star recommendation

This is a clean, well appointed studio. Everything you need is supplied for you… outside your food. If you don’t mind some hill walking you are not far from Vine Street and Shattuck Ave “Gourmet Ghetto” as well as Berkeley Rose Garden and other parks. We had a pleasant experience. Driveway parking on left hand side was a great bonus. Thank you!

The studio is lovely in every way. From the peaceful deck with old growth trees and bay view to the spa shower and comfy bed, this is the perfect North Berkeley getaway. I look forward to staying there again the next time I’m traveling to Berkeley.

We were very happy staying at this quiet, peaceful spot. The studio is well appointed and tastefully decorated. Nice touches like Q-tips in the bathroom and snacks in the kitchen show an attention to detail not always found elsewhere. The neighborhood is safe and the off street parking was a big plus. We would be happy to stay here again as well as recommend it to others.

Very clean, very well maintained and tastefully decorated private apartment. Bathroom fixtures are all new and great quality, toiletries are high quality as well. Good location close to North Berkeley shops/restaurants as well as Tilden Park trails. Easy driveway parking, especially for the Berkeley hills! Quiet and peaceful.

Loved it! Karla was super easy to talk with for questions. The property is cute. The patio view is AMAZING. Only thing is I’d recommend not checking in at night like I did because I got confused and couldn’t see. Mostly user error on my part, but wanted to put something here as well. Highly recommend this property!

This was an exceptional VRBO experience. Karla has thought of everything. The place is extremely clean, nicely decorated, and in an amazing location. I did not want to leave! I felt so comfortable there and could really relax.

This is a lovely, well-appointed apartment in an absolutely beautiful neighborhood tucked into the hills above Berkeley. We had everything we needed, an incredible view, & a wonderful stay. Host was responsive, ecen offering recommendations when requested, but otherwise totally respectful of our privacy & space. Would definitely stay here again.

A great little place with a great view! The shower is awesome, bed is comfortable, communication was good, and the kitchen has everything you need. The location was perfect, we were able to walk to the Greek Theater. All in all a perfect spot!
