Lots of character. Tall tall ceilings and very comfortable living room and bedroom. Bedroom does not have a door on it. Nice neighborhood (trees and queen ann lined streets) to walk. Coffee shops bars/restaurants/gym walking distance. Short drive to Xavier and downtown

Beautifully renovated Victorian home in great neighborhood

This apartment within a larger Victorian home was beautifully renovated very tastefully and was immaculately clean. We appreciate the prompt communication with Jonathan and his willingness to accomodate a place to store our E-bikes during our stay. We also loved the central location of this house, close to everything in the city.

The space was very clean. Common area was comfortable. Kitchen was well appointed if you want to cook. Parking was on the street but always available and felt safe. There is a steep driveway, gravel walkway, and steps if anyone in your party has difficulty with walking on varied surfaces. It was no problem for us. Communication was great with the host.
