Mana Kai 714 is a spacious 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom condo that comfortably sleeps up to six guests. Both bedrooms are furnished with a luxurious king-sized bed. For additional sleeping space, there's a queen sofa sleeper in the living area. A split A/C system and ceiling fans throughout ensure a cool and relaxing stay.

Newly upgraded with electric curtains, you can easily shift from sunny days to peaceful nights at the touch of a button. Each bathroom features a walk-in tile shower and a sleek single vanity sink for your comfort. The Hawaiian-inspired kitchen is perfect for preparing family meals, and you can choose to dine indoors at the table for four or outside on your private lanai. The lanai offers stunning ocean views, ideal for sipping your morning coffee or enjoying dinner while watching the sunset.

Mana Kai offers a heated pool, a general store, rental store (paddle boards, snorkel gear, boogie boards etc.), fitness center, and beachfront BBQ grills all on site! From location to amenities Mana Kai has it all. Mana Kai is conveniently located in South Kihei, 5 minutes from luxurious Wailea and its famous shopping center, golf courses and beaches. Mana Kai resort sits right next to Keawakapu Beach (Forbidden Cove), a beautiful mile long stretch of white sandy beach perfect for swimming, snorkeling and simply enjoying the amazing Maui sunsets.

Our stay was excellent! We loved this location, the amenities, the property itself! My perfect stays was punctual and professional and we will most certainly be booking again. Condo had pool chairs and umbrellas available to us (other beach items as well but we did not need) and that was so wonderful to have. The unit was clean and comfortable with plenty of supplies for our stay!

Great location with beach access and fantastic view and we really enjoyed our 12 days. Beds are really comfortable and the fans are very silent and working great to keep you cool at night. The Lanai is great to enjoy the view but there is nothing to be able to dry bathing suits and beach towels after a swim. Also there is no outside light on the lanai making it very challenging to be able to eat outside or play cards outside in the evening which is a pity. The kitchen is well furnished in general even if it is missing a few usefully items such as a vegetable peeler or a cork opener. Other than that the place is great with a lot of storage space. The down side is that they only supply beach towels once and we had to wash and dry them ourselves but there is no washing machine nor dryer in the unit and have to use the paying common laundry areas as after a few days at the beach the towels get sticky with the sea water.

This place was a disappointment! We stayed in a different unit last year for much less and it was a 5 star! This unit said it was newly remodeled and it needs a remodel! The carpets are stained to the point you are scared to walk, the couch is light colored and stained all over! The blinds in the front room are terrible, they are panels. The panels to separate the room isn't what you think, they are individual panels too. The showers are gross and need new tile and don't drain well, so any sand piles in a corner. This unit is also located at the very end away from the beach, so not towards the ocean. For the price you can find much better options! This is not the one. Mana Kai is nice, but not this unit. I would find one that they run directly too and it saves you money! We also only got one set of towels for 9 nights! So, 5 thin beach towels for 5 people for 8 beach days! We had to pay 6 per load to wash the towels for the beach and the shower!

The Mana Kai is a beautiful property and the views and beach are beautiful. However the property manager was incredibly unresponsive to emergency needs arising due to a severe Maui storm.
