The host requires you to complete the following before checking out:
Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Remove used comforter, top sheet, fitted sheet, blankets, and pillow cases and place in a pile on the bed.
Gather all used towels and place on the floor in the bathroom.
Remove trash and throw away in the big charcoal garbage can outside the rear of the house near the garage.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
No SMOKING/VAPING/DRUGS allowed on the property or your reservation will be cancelled and you'll be charged for professional cleaning and deodorizing.
Please only use the front door for regular entry and exit from the unit. Back door through kitchen only to be used in times of emergency.
No access to the rest of the property except for lower unit and shared outdoor patio space.

Great place to stay, just as described--charming! We appreciated how clean it was and had comfortable beds. Loved the way the sun streamed in through the stained-glass windows in the morning. That's where we had our tea and coffee. Appreciated the several good quality shampoo and body washes available in the bathroom! We will definitely stay here again when we return to visit family.

The house has multiple entrances to separate living quarters which was not specified in the listing, but other than that everything was great! The block this house was located was very safe and had tons of restaurants and activities close by!

Overall Good Stay

Overall it was a very good stay. However, the AC for the house doesn’t appear to work. Tried adjusting and it didn’t do anything, but luckily it was cool enough outside to not be bad and the window ACs in the bedrooms worked great!Also, Cudahy apparently has year round alternate side parking which it would have been nice to have been told about instead of learning that with a parking ticket…Overall though, our stay was very good here and was exactly as shown and described.

Hi Ryan, I am sorry you had some difficulties during your stay. It was stated in your welcome message and on the property listing that free parking is available in the driveway, always feel free to message if you have questions about the property. The property also utilizes window A/C units as there is no central air conditioning. Sorry for any confusion.
