Surf Court is an ocean-oriented complex with first-floor apartments, two-story and three-story townhouses. Surf Court 7 is a two-story townhouse, one flight above street level. Surf Court 7 was renovated in 2011. The kitchen and 2 1/2 baths have been completely redone. King bed in master bedroom, two queens in bedroom 2, living room sleeper sofa. This property is across the street from the beach in one direction and from Van der Meer Tennis Center in the other. Vacationers seeking a good value don't mind the short walk to and from the ocean and like parking at the front door of their condo. A spiral staircase from the living balcony provides easy access to the beautifully landscaped courtyard and large swimming pool. Surf Court is within 3 blocks of Coligny Plaza and the Beach Park & Market. This quaint downtown area offers guests a wide selection of restaurants, shopping venues, and entertainment for all ages.

The town home is very attractive. It’s location was very convenient to shopping, walking and the beach It was quiet. The property’s common areas are very well taken care of. The beds were comfortable. The dishwasher is full of rust and should be replaced.The sliding door to go out to the back porch/pool area is extremely hard to open. The stair carpet is very dirty. It would be nice to have screens on all windows so you could open them. The half bath’s fan was only working intermittently. The insides of the tank on the toilet of the double bedroom bath had to be put back together daily so it wouldn’t run non-stop.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Surf Court 7 was very clean. We had a comfortable stay in this unit. The unit could use a couple of new skillets, especially a large one. No reflection on this unit, but Surf Court needs to improve the odor in each of the units. Having stayed at various different units, the odor is always present. Once home we needed to air out our luggage, and rewash all of our clothes to remove the lingering odor.

Master bed comfortable( a must for me) pillows could definitely be updated( few more softer ones would be nice) . Only concern, if you are older, or have young children, this condo could be problem. Very steep stairs to get in condo, then very steep stairs to get to upper bedrooms. Definitely would not want to do it with young children. Perfect for just husband and myself who are in good shape. Perfect location for walking and biking to everything!

It would be helpful to have more lighting out front. Space was well equipped, clean. Beds were comfortable. Hot water ran out very quickly. There were 3 of us in the condo and there was no hot water after one shower. Close walk to beach and coligny.

Great property near the beach.

This condo had a fully equipped kitchen and very spacious bedrooms. We enjoyed its proximity to the beach and Coligny. It is a great place to stay. The only drawbacks were the steep entrance stairs and a musty odor. That being said, we would stay there again.

Biggest issue was a lingering odor - our guess is that smokers have stayed in this unit or the owners are smokers. We used lots of fabreeze, but couldn't get the odor to go away.

Rental company office is maybe 1/2 mile away, we picked up key after hours. Condo is spacious, an older building but updated a few years ago. Lpcation was nice and quiet.Kitchen is well stocked. The only negative was the bathroom mat in the second bedroom was mouldy. We would book this property again

The rest or stay and vacation there was fabulous. We will definatly be renting though this company again!!
