About this property

AFFORDABLE, COMFORTABLE & CLEAN Mid-Island South of Town House

Sitting on a quiet lane off Surfside Road across from the middle school, this house is a one-minute walk to the Surfside bike path and the Wave bus stop. The house is two miles to Surfside beach and one mile to town and is walking distance to restaurants, supermarket, playgrounds, and athletic fields.

The two-bedroom house has a master bedroom with a Queen bed and adjacent to it a bathroom that includes a tub/shower. The second bedroom has a Full bed and a Twin bed with a second adjacent bathroom that has a shower stall along with a new washer/dryer.

The living room includes a large new sectional that also has a pullout queen memory foam mattress. A dining table also sits in the living room along with a flat screen tv hung on the wall. Each of the bedrooms and the living room has a mini split built into the wall for ac/heat. The galley kitchen is stocked with everything you need. Above the kitchen is a loft accessed via a ladder in the hallway. This is a great spot for older kids or adults to sneak away to read and get some quiet time.

Outside, the deck includes furniture along with a new grill. The back yard has a new shower along with a shed stocked with beach chairs, cooler and 2 bikes.

The owners of the house and their three kids love Nantucket and frequently stay at the house throughout the year.

Our anniversary get away

We had a great time in Nantucket and staying at this house. The location is great with the bike trails right at the end of the road. We were able to use the bikes at the property which was great. The house had every thing you needed and very comfortable. We would definitely stay here again if we get the opportunity to visit Nantucket again.

Perfect little cottage in the perfect location.

This property was the perfect size for two couples to stay at for a week. We each got our own bathroom, the kitchen was fully stocked with basic seasonings and tools, and anything you could need for the beach was in the shed. We really appreciated the grill and outdoor seating for dinner nights in. The location is also incredibly central, which was great to get to quickly get to town for dinner and to get to beaches on any part of the island.

Beautiful, well kept home. Less than 2 miles from Surfside Beach and walking distance to a great coffee spot! Every amenity provided in kitchen and bathroom - felt like home!

Lovely home

Steve was extremely communicative. The place is very nice. He provided bikes and towels and everything you'd need. (We didn't use them but they were there lol.) We had a very nice stay.

Great week on the island

Our family has been coming to Nantucket for a week in the summer for many years. This was our first time at this property and it was fantastic. The property is exactly as advertised with a very clean, comfortable set-up for our family of five. We could get almost anywhere on the island easily and had an air conditioned, high quality property to retreat to. The bikes, beach chairs, etc. made packing extra easy and the house had anything you could need. As an added bonus, the owner was very communicative prior to and during our stay. We would definitely stay here again.

This beautiful home was very clean and had everything we needed for our stay. It was a comfortable size for our family of five (all adult-sized). The host responded quickly to questions prior to our visit, and let me know he was available should any issues arise. We had no issues at all. Kitchen was well stocked with quality items needed to cook meals. Stop n shop is within walking distance. The shuttle stops at the end of the street, we left our car on the mainland and never missed it. We walked, shuttled or biked to explore all the parts of the island. We used the beach chairs and bikes provided in the well-organized shed. More than enough good quality towels were provided as well. I look forward to staying here again in the future!
