This charming, refurbished 3-bedroom, 1.5-bath retreat sleeps up to 8 guests, with a front porch perfect for morning coffee and a backyard fire pit under the stars. Upstairs, one bedroom offers a queen bed while the other features a twin-over-full bunk with a pull-out trundle—perfect for families or groups. Both rooms are equipped with sound machines, box fans, and seasonal comforts like AC units in the summer and space heaters in the winter. A full bath is conveniently located between the two bedrooms.
Washer & dryer in the basement to keep things easy and light
Out front, a porch blanketed in blooms, during the spring and summer months, invites you to sip something warm, listen to the birds, and watch the soft bustle of Main Street. With a sweet little seating area tucked among the flowers, it’s the perfect spot for quiet mornings or golden-hour daydreaming.
Out back, a private fire pit waits beneath the stars. It’s perfect for marshmallows, stories, or simply breathing deep and being still. Opening our home on VRBO and Airbnb has been a natural extension of that passion, and we truly enjoy creating a comfortable and memorable stay for each guest. We lived in this house for many years before listing it, and it still holds a special place in our hearts. The neighborhood is walkable and charming, with a local coffee shop, BBQ spot, and several other small businesses just a short stroll away.
What makes this property unique
Inside, we’ve put many thoughtful touches throughout the home to make your stay special. You’ll find original Keeneland photography by our brother-in-law, air purifiers, linen sprays, Purple and Helix mattresses, and soft linens for a restful night’s sleep. We also maintain a completely non-toxic environment, using only Branch Basics products to clean and care for the space. Our goal is to provide the kind of experience we’d want for ourselves—a stay that’s both comfortable and refreshing.
