Make yourself at home in this brilliant 2-bedroom Deltona retreat. With 2 queen beds, a cozy living room, and a fully equipped kitchen, this superb house has everything you need for a wonderful stay. Enjoy the convenience of WiFi, a washing machine, and AC during your visit. A great place to call homebase while you're away, we hope you enjoy your stay. Short 25 min drive to new Smyrna beach. 45 min to Daytona speedway, and approximately an hour to all the theme parks. Large fenced in back yard and a dog door for medium and small dogs

The house was perfect for us. It had everything we needed and was close to everything we wanted to do. Eric responded quickly when we had a question. The fenced in backyard was great for the pups. The house is very cozy and well stocked.

Cozy Little Stay!

My overall stay was very positive! It was very clean and instructions on checking in and checking out were clear and easy. It was not far from Daytona and was out of the way enough that traffic wasn’t terrible. The owner was very easy to get in contact with and very flexible. I would definitely recommend this listening and book again.

Well suited to our needs, even though we lost our little dog after we booked and before we traveled. The house was good value for the area. The house is clean, but in need of a move-the-furniture deep cleaning. Despite being pet-friendly, it does not smell of pets. Minor pinches: no hand soap in kitchen or bath; no bath soap in bath; two few washcloths for week-long stay of two people (we donated a couple from Walmart); no written instructions for operation of the TVs; annoying security system that beeps on every entry to remind owner to service smoke alarms. Each item is minor and easily corrected by the host, but the accumulation keeps me from giving the home an excellent rating.

There are wash cloths in the hall closet and extra towels not sure what happened to soap dispensers unless last guest took them and sorry about needing instructions to operate cable tv. Thanks again
