Spacious, comfortable and super-clean home in a beautiful setting. Perfect for our gathering of friends. The fire-pit was a great place to hang out at the end of the day. Highly recommend.

Very clean, plenty of space, and nice layout that made it easy to hang out together regardless if we were cooking in the kitchen, hanging in the dining room/living room, out by the fire pit, or on the covered, screened deck. Host was responsive, but no issues that required contact. Overall would recommend/would stay again.

10/10. One of the most beautiful places we ever stayed, hands down. The view of of the Pacific is incredible. One morning I drank my coffee while watching a lineup of surfers beneath my balcony. Corrine and Rick are great hosts. Very communicative and helpful. A great stay.

Great house in the woods

We had a wonderful stay at this house. There was plenty of space for everyone. The house looks newly remodeled. The kitchen was stocked with essentials - including delicious coffee. The screened porch was great for evenings. All around great experience.

Nicely-designed and furnished 4-bedroom, 3 bathroom home. Perfect for two couples and teen children who desire their own space and bathroom. Comfortable, clean space and well-conceived floor plan. Screened-in porch was a lovely bonus. Aside from the very steep driveway on which our van bottomed out twice, we loved the house and spot and would stay again!

It was one of the most relaxing vacations of my recent memory. I loved the screened in porch--it made the stay for me. There is no TV on the first floor which, honestly, forced me to do something else and I love that. I read a whole book while drinking coffee in the screened in porch. So enjoyable and relaxing. The screened in porch was the selling point for me. The house itself was so clean and well maintained. It had the best tools in a kitchen of any house we have rented. Pots and pans are all higher quality items, which was unexpected and a nice touch. The cutlery was all sturdy and high quality. There is a Nespresso coffee machine and a French press for coffee people. There are sheet pans, trays, tools, everything you reasonably need while on vacation. The space and house are large with 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. Outdoor space was perfect with a wonderful firepit to enjoy with some music and a glass of wine. The driveway is a fairly steep hill just for reference. The road is close and there is an airport nearby, so while it is private because of the density of trees surrounding the property, it is not middle of nowhere quiet when you are outside, but this was not an issue for us. Inside was perfectly quiet. Grocery store is no more than 15 mins up the road. Overall, we had a wonderful experience here. We have rented many places over the years and this was one of our favorites. I would recommend this place without hesitation.

A little clarification about airports and our road: The house is >100 feet back off the road (1 car every 5-10 min or so), and sits high on a hill with dense trees between the house and road. The closest airports are Westfield Regional, and Bradley International, each ~40 miles away (convenient if you are flying in, but far enough away not to be a bother).

No doubt this is the best vacation home we have ever stayed in. Beautiful, spotlessly clean, roomy, comfortable beds, location, and everything else. Benny was a joy to work with. Professional, courteous, responsive to all my inquiries and requests. Check in was well explained and went perfectly. As did check out. If you are staying in the Berkshires and you want to be close to everything yet in a completely private setting - this is the place. There are none better. We will be staying there again. Thank you Benny!! I would give you and your magnificent property 10 stars if I could.
